Research And Construction Of Beijing Afforestation Project Management System

The central government and Beijing Municipality attach great importance to afforestation work.In2018,Beijing invested 50 billion yuan to comprehensively launch a new round of afforestation of one million mu(the Chinese version of acre),a major project involving 16 districts of the city.But due to the constant construction of the afforestation project in recent years,there are many different kinds of engineering data.There are problems such as insufficient management ability,complex data volume,inconsistent data standards and specifications,and insufficient linkage among various units.So the afforestation project construction is an urgent need to adopt systematic and grid information means and tools to improve management level.In order to improve the intelligent management level of a new round of afforestation construction project of one million mu in Beijing,this thesis designs and realizes the management system for afforestation project in Beijing,to effectively control the afforestation project progress,understand the working condition of experts,supervisors,designers and workers,ensuring high quality afforestation project construction.Beijing afforestation project management system is divided into seven modules:project bid management,project problem management,supervision log management,data statistics and analysis,management of participating companies,online recruitment of experts and background function management.This thesis will study from the following aspects :(1)Realize the comprehensive management of all project bidding information of the new round of afforestation construction project of one million mu.(2)Realize the supervision and management of the attendance of supervision,design and expert personnel and the problem information reported.(3)Realize the comprehensive management of supervision log,weekly report and monthly report information reported by supervision personnel.(4)Build a complete data statistical analysis module,realize the classification of reported problems,statistics of sign-in data,statistics of seedling information data,etc.,and use the ECharts tool to convert the statistical data into the form of visual charts.(5)Provide information of supervision,design and construction companies and experts participating in a new round of afforestation project of one million mu,and support the online recruitment function of experts.(6)Realize the automatic generation of daily engineering briefing,and send the briefing to the designated person in charge based on Spring Boot timing task and short message platform.Beijing afforestation project management system has realized the afforestation work in the field of intelligent information,make all kinds of personnel involved in afforestation to realize the fusion of the afforestation work.Through Beijing afforestation project management system,each work link can achieve real-time and efficient.It provides an important guarantee for the high quality completion of a new round of afforestation construction project of one million mu in Beijing.At present,this system has been successfully put into use,and has been popularized and applied on a large scale.It is providing services for afforestation construction all over Beijing.
