The Preparation Of TongXieYaoFang Crude Polysaccharides Granule And The Prevention Effects Of Weaned Rabbits With Diarrhea

Weaned rabbits with diarrhea is a common problem and difficult to solve in the clinical breeding of meat rabbits.This is the first difficulty in meat rabbit breeding.Because of its many causes,it is difficult to choose suitable drugs to prevent the disease.In this study,weaned rabbits with diarrhea was diagnosed as liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency pattern based on traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.According to modern pharmacological research,the pharmacological research on the crude polysaccharide of Tong Xie Yao Fang was carried out.In this study,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the best extraction process of the crude polysaccharides of Tong Xie Yao Fang.The crude polysaccharides of Tong Xie Yao Fang were purified by sevag method and dialysis method.According to the quality inspection standards under the "People’s Republic of China Veterinary Pharmacopoeia",the auxiliary materials and ratios were determined,and prepare Tong Xie Yao Fang crude polysaccharide granules.Finally,take weaned rabbits as the research object,use Tong Xie Yao Fang crude polysaccharide to prevent weaned rabbits with diarrhea,and observe the pharmacodynamics.The results showed that the best extraction temperature of Tong Xie Yao Fang crude polysaccharide was 100℃,the extraction time was 2.5h,and the solvent to material(S/M)was20 in the single factor test.The optimized extraction condition of Tong Xie Yao Fang was S/M of20,2.5h each time,twice,and the polysaccharide yield is 27.51±0.33%.the optimal molding granulation process was choosing the dextrin and starch as auxiliary materials and the ratio of drug and excipients for 1:1.5:1.5,and the molding rate is 92.27±3.89%,the loss on drying is0.69±0.11%,and the moisture content is 2.69 ±0.32%,moisture absorption rate is 6.42±1.96%,water solubility is good,all inspections are in line with the requirements of "People’s Republic of China Veterinary Pharmacopoeia",it was determined to be the formula of Tong Xie Yao Fang crude polysaccharide.The results of clinical trials showed that each prevention group can prevent gowth rabbits with weaning diarrhea to a certain extent,improve the growth performance of weaned rabbits,reduce mortality and diarrhea,improve the p H of the cecum,and increase the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the cecum.
