Fermentation bed pig-raising technology is a new type of eco-environmental protection pig-raising technology,which can effectively solve the problem of waste treatment and environmental pollution in pig production.However,the temperature and humidity of the fermentation bed provide favorable conditions for the breeding of various parasitic eggs,and the excretion of feces from infected pigs accumulates behind the fermentation bed,resulting in the transmission of parasitic diseases.Especially the infection of Ascaris suis,whip worms and coccidia,impede normal growth and fattening of pigs,cause growth retardation,low fattening rate,consume a large amount of feeds,and reduce the quality of products such as meat,leather and wool.In addition,due to improper management of biological vectors such as cats and mice,Toxoplasma infection is also a common case in fermentation bed mode.How to prevent and control the main parasites in the fermentation bed mode is of great significance to the pig raising mode in the fermentation bed.In this paper,the control measures of Ascaris suis,whiplasmus and Toxoplasma were studied or observed in the fermentation bed mode,providing reference for the prevention and control of parasites in the fermentation bed mode.Research 1 The establishment of the fermentation method of the special agent of the fermentation bed combined with the four round stacking fermentationIn order to eliminate ascaris ova in the fermentation mattress and reuse the fermentation mattress,this study compared the effect of three kinds of pad fermentation methods,namely simple rake turning,deep turning every two weeks and stacking fermentation method of special bacteria agent of fermentation bed combined with four round stacking treatment,on eliminating ascaris ova.The results showed that simple raking could not eliminate ascaris ova effectively,and regular deep ploughing of bedding materials could kill ascaris ova,but it took a long time.The special bacteria agent of fermentation bed combined with four round stacking treatment could eliminate 100%of ascaris ova in bedding materials within 2 weeks,which was conducive to the removal of ascaris ova in bedding materials and the reuse of bedding materials.Research 2 Effect of Different Treatments on Prevention and Treatment of Main Parasitic Diseases in Pigs under Bio-bed SystemTo study the effects of different treatment on the control of parasites in bio-bed system,and to establish a parasite prevention and control program in fattening pigs.METHODS:The surface litter of the fermentation bed where Parasitic disease occured was selected and mixed into the surface layer of the tested pigpen fermentation bed.The surface layer of the fermentation bed was collected before and after the treatment of the litter.The qualitative and quantitative detection of eggs was carried out to determine the species and quantity of parasites in the fermentation bed.60 35-day-old castrated SuZhong pigs were selected as test animals and randomly divided into 4 groups:group A(Rotary litter before entering the pig,regular drug deworming 2 times during the test period),group B(litter fermentation treatment before entering the pig),group C(litter fermentation treatment before entering the pig,regular drug deworming 2 times during the test period),group D(Rotary litter before entering the pig and the parasitic disease is treated once for 1 time).The test period is 120 days.RESULTS:The fermentation temperature of litter in the litter accumulation fermentation group was significantly higher than that in the Rotary litter group(P<0.01),and the parasite eggs in the litter were not detected after the accumulation of fermentation,The number of Parasitic eggs(whipworm eggs and coccidia eggs)sampled from the litter in the test for 45 days and 90 days is at a low level;the drug deworming procedure can effectively reduce the number of aphid eggs,whipworm eggs,coccidia eggs in pig manure,but repeated infection of parasites in litter could not be avoided;the final weight,total weight gain and average daily gain of group B and C were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05),and significantly higher than group D(P<0.01).The final weight,total weight gain,and average daily gain of group A were also significantly higher than those of group D(P<0.05).Conclusion:In summary,in the bio-bed pig raising mode,the pre-pig litter fermentation is carried out,the pigs are regularly dewormed during feeding,and the disinfection of the culture management equipment effectively reduce the occurrence of parasitic diseases.Research 3 Observation on control effect of Toxoplasma gondii in pigs under fermentation bed modeOne pig farm is a self-bred pig farm and is fermentation bed model.Every batch of weaned piglets has clinical symptoms such as emaciation,diarrhea,vomiting and neurological symptoms,which cause certain losses.Toxoplasma gondii infection was diagnosed by clinical symptoms,examination,pathogen detection and serum antibody detection.The epidemic was successfully cured by formulating and implementing procedures for the treatment and prevention of sulfonamides,strengthening the management of biological vectors(cats,dogs,mice),and accumulation and fermentation of pads.After1 years of preventive measures,there was no recurrence of pigs in the latter batch,and the positive rate of Toxoplasma antibodies in sows and piglets decreased generally.This indicates that the prevention and control plan of Toxoplasma gondii under the fermentation bed mode is reasonable and effective.
