The purpose of the experiment was to explore the early growth rules of fecundity fine wool sheep, and production performance of grading crossing groups from fecundity fine wool sheep and Subo Merino sheep were analyzed the specific effects and influence factors.By analyzing the data of the fecundity fine wool sheep and their hybrid offspring in the Xinjiang Kechuang Livestock Breeding Center, the growth and production characteristics of non-genetic factors, the influence of non-genetic factors on the early growth of the lamb, and the correlation between the wool quality traits were explored. It could provide scientific basis of the adjustment of feeding management, improve the survival rate and production performance of fecundity fine wool sheep, and establish the foundation for the cultivation of high quality fecundity fine wool sheep. The research is divided into the following three parts:(1)Study on the early growth law of fecundity fine wool sheep.Three non-linear growth curve models(Logistic,Gompertz, and Von Bertalanffy))from SPSS 19 software were used to fit the growth curve of the early body weight of fecundity fine wool lambs. The results showed that all three growth curves could fit the body weight growth curves of male lambs and female lambs.Among them, the Gompertz model was best fitting effect, and the fitting degrees R2 for male and female lambs were 0.9973 and 0.9968,respectively.The body weight of the inflection points fitted by the Gompertz model was 9.50 kg,and the age of the inflection point was 17.66 days in male lambs. For female lambs, the body weight of the inflection point fitted by the Gompertz model was 8.58 kg,and the age of the inflection point was 15 days.(2)Breeding effect and analysis of influencing factors of fecundity fine wool sheep.First of all,the lamb production rate of fine wool sheep was counted in the pasture from 2009 to 2019,and the descriptive statistical analysis of the birth weight, weaning weight and daily weight gain of the fecundity fine wool sheep were carried out,and the GLM of SAS 9.2 software was used the impact of non-genetic factors on the three traits. The results showed that the first-generation lamb yield of fecundity fine wool sheep rams and Subo Merino ewes was increased by 37.58%,and the first-generation cross was increased by 46.87%.Birth year and parity had very significant effects on birth weight, weaning weight, and daily weight gain at weaning(P<0.01);month of birth had no significant effect on birth weight, weaning weight, and daily weight gain at weaning(P>0.05);gender had very significant effect on birth weight and weaning weight(P<0.01),but had no significant effect on daily weight gain at weaning(P>0.05);age of dam had very significant effect(P<0.01),but had no significant effect on weaning weight and daily weight gain at weaning(P>0.05).(3)Correlation analysis and path analysis of wool quality traits of the first-generation one-year-old ewes of crossbreeding of fecundity fine wool sheep and Subo Merino sheep.Descriptive statistics show that part individuals had very good wool quality in the first generation.Through correlation analysis and path analysis,it is found that the fiber diameter had a very significant positive correlation with the staple length and standard deviation of fiber diameter(P<0.01),and had a significant positive correlation with the bending score(P<0.05);the determination coefficient R2 of the obtained multiple linear regression equation was 0.966,which was relatively large, and the F was 198.233,which was extremely significant(P<0.01),but there are many factors affect the fiber diameter that needed to be analyzed in depth. To sum up,the breeding of fecundity fine wool sheep had achieved certain results from present, and had an inevitable trend to solve the development of the industry. In order to speed up the genetic progress and to reduce breeding cost and to increase benefit,we would depth research and analysis for breeding of fecundity fine wool sheep in future.
