Collection And Growth Characteristics Of Host Haloxylon Ammodendron Germplasm Of Cistanche Deserticola In Xinjiang

The desert Cistanche is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the northwestern part of China.Its wild resources are on the verge of depletion.In recent years,its wild resources have been protected by artificial planting and the market demand has been met.Xinjiang is the province with the widest distribution and the most abundant germplasm resources in China.In order to better protect and utilize this resource,this paper studies the growth characteristics of Haloxylon ammodendron from the host Haloxylon ammodendron.It reveals the correlation between the quality traits of Haloxylon ammodendron and ecological factors,and provides a scientific basis and material basis for the protection and utilization of the Haloxylon ammodendron resources.The main findings are as follows:1.A total of 340 Haloxylon ammodendron seeds from 22 different regions were collected in this study,and the plant height,width and base diameter of the seed mother tree at the collection point were measured and correlated.Regardless of plant height,width or base diameter,there are different degrees of differences in the growth characteristics of Haloxylon ammodendron in each provenance.There was a significant correlation between plant width and plant height and base diameter of different provenances.At the same time,the altitude was significantly negatively correlated with the plant height and width of the Haloxylon ammodendron.The available diameter of P.Positive correlation.2.The seed traits of various provenances of Haloxylon ammodendron were strongly controlled by genetics.The morphology of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds also varied in different regions.This variation was stable and the variation was small.It provides a reliable guarantee for the genetic improvement of ammodendron.The seed morphological variation of is characterized by regional stratification in some areas,and some areas are also characterized by random variation.By selecting the evaluation of germination rate indicators,the germination rate of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds in Fukang City,Toksun County and Tori County is the highest,and the performance is better.It can be considered as an excellent seed seedling promotion of Haloxylon ammodendron.3.According to the correlation between seed vigor and soil factors in different regions,the fresh weight,dry weight,seedling height,germination potential and germination rate of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings were significantly positively correlated with seed vigor index.The seedling traits and seed vigor of different regions showed that the germination potential and germination rate of Toksun County were better than other provenances.4.The results of analysis of plant height,root length,basal diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings indicated that the seedling traits of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings played a key role in the growth and development of Haloxylon ammodendron.
