| With the increasingly serious problem of water resources shortage,the highly automated integrated irrigation mode of water and fertilizer with water saving and fertilizer saving has become the development trend of facility tomato irrigation in the future.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of water and fertilizer of facility tomato,the decision-making model of greenhouse water and fertilizer supply based on the growth information of facility tomato was studied,and the intelligent irrigation equipment integrating water and fertilizer was designed and manufactured.The experimental results showed that the water and fertilizer integrated intelligent irrigation equipment not only improved the utilization efficiency and yield of tomato water and fertilizer,but also avoided the phenomenon of shortage or surplus of tomato water and fertilizer,and realized the maximum economic benefit of facility tomato.This study takes facility tomato as the research object.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Design and analysis of intelligent irrigation equipment fertilizer injection system.The design is based on the fertilizer pump series high frequency isolation valve type three-way fertilizer mixing system.The unit and the fertilizer bucket form a circuit for fertilizer mixing without fertilizer filling.Mixed fertilizer injection system was established through SolidWorks 3D models,and the model of mixed fertilizer injection mechanism for import Fluent simulation analysis,the mixed fat cloud system pressure speed,maximum pressure in the intelligent irrigation equipment line is obtained after the note fat mouth,pressure is 0.1092 MPa,behind for judgment basis was provided for the structural design and component selection.Through the structure design and simulation analysis of the system,the main structure of the fertilizer applicator was determined.(2)Study on tomato water and fertilizer control strategy in greenhouse.In agricultural production,information such as stalk diameter and chlorophyll content can be observed to understand the growth status of tomatoes,which can be used to determine whether irrigation and fertilization are needed.In this paper,a water-fertilizer control strategy based on stem diameter and chlorophyll content of tomato was proposed,and a dynamic water-fertilizer adjustment model was established on the basis of analyzing the response of stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content to changes of water and fertilizer.(3)The intelligent irrigation equipment of three-way by-way fertilizer injection including PLC control,communication,environmental information measurement,tomato growth information measurement and other units was designed,and the prototype trial production and performance test were carried out.The results show that the system runs stably,the control scheme is feasible,and it can meet the requirements of precise automatic irrigation and fertilization in greenhouse.The intelligent irrigation equipment was tested for precision fertilizer injection under the automatic operation mode,and the data were statistically analyzed.The uniformity of water and fertilizer mixing was higher than 0.95.The yield of tomatoes under automatic irrigation based on tomato growth infonnation increased by 10.23%,saved water by 13.4%and saved fertilizer by 8.3%compared with that under daily fixed and quantitative irrigation.Under the premise of ensuring tomato yield,the utilization efficiency of water and fertilizer was improved,the production cost was reduced,the economic benefit of facility tomato was increased,and the goal of saving water and fertilizer was realized. |
