objects HSL gene exons 8 to 9,DGAT1 gene exons 6 to 9 and LPL gene exons 1 and 10 polymorphisms were determined by DNA sequencing,and this 3 gene polymorphisms were analyzed.Deltoid muscle,latissimus dorsi,arm triceps,external oblique and gluteal muscles were collecte and determined.meat quality traits such as water loss rate,cooked meat rate and shear force,and its association with HSL,DGAT1,and LPL genes were analyzed.Designed to provide data reference for molecular breeding of Yili horse meat.The results are as follows:The sequencing results were analyzed and showed that,4 mutations in g.18119(SNP1),g.18314(SNP2),g.1853 7(SNP3),and g.18314(SNP4)were found in the HSL gene exons 8 to 9,that SNP1 and SNP2 are missense mutations.3 mutations in g.7817(SNP5),g.7854(SNP6),and g.8036(SNP7)were found in the DGAT1 gene exons 6 to 9,that SNP7 is a missense mutation.a g.715(SNP8)mutation was found in the middle region LPL gene exon 1 and exon 2,and no mutation was found in the exon 10 region.Only 2 genotypes were found in SNP6 and SNP8 in the found Yili horse.and 3 genotypes were found in the remaining mutation positions.Among them,SNP1 and SNP2 have a complete linkage relationship,and two haplotypes are constructed to form three different haplotype combinations:AC/AC,AC/GG and GG/GG.The correlation analysis of different haplotypes and the genotypes of the HSL gene with meat quality traits in different parts were showed that in terms of water loss rate,AC/AC haplotype combination in the latissimus dorsi was significantly higher than the AC/GG and GG/GG haplotype combination(P<0.05),AC/AC and AC/GG haplotype combination in the gluteal muscle were significantly higher than GG/GG haplotype combination(P<0.05);in terms of cooked rate,GG/GG haplotype combination in the deltoid muscle was significantly higher than AC/AC haplotype combination(P<0.05),and gluteal muscle AC/GG haplotype combination was significantly higher than the AC/AC haplotype combination(P<0.05).SNP3 locus,in terms of water loss rate,CC genotype in the arm triceps muscle was significanlyt higher than GG genotype(P<0.05),in terms of cooked rate,GG genotype and GC genotype in the gluteal muscle were significantly lower than CC genotype(P<0.05).SNP4 locus in terms of water loss rate,TT genotypeat in the latissimus dorsi,arm triceps and gluteus muscles was significantly lower than TC genotype(P<0.05).In terms of cooked rate CC genotype in the external oblique and gluteal muscles was significantly lower than TT genotype(P<0.05).In terms of shear forc,TC genotype in the gluteal muscles was the same as the other two genes.Compared with the model,it showed a significant reduction(P<0.05).It is suggested that HSL gene has certain effects on meat quality traits in different parts of Yili horse.GG/GG haplotype combination,CC genotype in SNP3 and TT genotype in SNP4 have high cooked rate,low shear force and good meat quality.The correlation analysis of DGAT1 gene and meat quality traits in different parts were showed that SNP5 locus in terms of water loss rate,GG genotype in the gluteal muscles was significantly lower than AG genotype(P<0.05),in terms of cooked rate,GG genotypein in deltoid muscle and latissimus dorsi was significantly higher than AG genotype(P<0.05),and the shear force,AG genotype in the deltoid muscle,latissimus dorsi,external oblique and gluteus medius was significantly higher GG genotype(P<0.05).SNP6 locus in terms of water loss rate,GA genotype in the external oblique and gluteus medius was significantly lower than GG genotype(P<0.01),in terms of cooked rate,GA genotype in the deltoid muscle,latissimus dorsi and gluteal muscle was significantly lower than GG genotype(P<0.05),in terms of shear force,GA genotype in the external oblique was significantly lower than GG genotype(P<0.05).The SNP6 locus in terms of cooked rate,TC genotypes in the deltoid muscle and latissimus dorsi was significantly lower than CC genotype(P<0.05),and the shear force in the external oblique was significantly higher than TT genotype(P<0.01),significantly higher than CC genotype(P<0.05).It was suggested that the meat quality was relatively poor,where AG genotype in SNP5,GA genotype in SNP6 and TC genotype in SNP7.The correlation analysis of LPL gene and meat quality traits in different parts were showed that the SNP8 locus in terms of shear force,TC genotype in the latissimus dorsi was significantly lower than TT genotype(P<0.01).TC genotype in the deltoid muscle,Arm triceps and gluteal muscles was significantly lower than TT genotype(P<0.05).It was suggested that the LPL gene mainly affects the shear force of meat,and the tenderness of TC genotype was relatively good.In conclusion the HSL,DGAT1 and LPL genes are associated with meat quality traits in different parts of Yili horse,suggesting these three genes are candidate genes that affect the quality of Yili horse meat.These three genes carry out breeding
