Pseudorabies(PR)is caused by pseudorabies virus(PRV),which is an acute highly contagious infectious disease in pigs. Its clinical symptoms are mainly characterized by neurological disorders and organ damage,Due to the popularization of vaccines, the disease has been well controlled in a relatively short time. However, since 2011,the PRV has mutated, causing the re-epidemic of the disease in China. In recent years, serological investigations in various provinces have found that the wild virulence positive rate of this disease is on the rise.In order to understand the epidemic situation of PR in pigs in our province in recent years,IDEXX kit and ELISA method were used in this study to detect the PR’s gB antibody in porcine serum samples from some areas of Jiangxi province from 2015 to 2018.The serum samples of 11952 porcine in some areas of Jiangxi province from 2015 to 2018 were tested and the results were analyzed. Results: Among the 8301 porcine blood samples,7691 were qualified with gB antibody,497 were unqualified and 113 were suspicious, the pass rate was 92.65%.The qualified rate of sows, boars, reserve porcine and piglets was 97.92%,98.15%,79.56% and96.46% respectively. It can be seen that the gB antibody level of boars is very high, and reserve porcine need to be strengthened.Among the 11952 porcine serum samples,3141 were positive with gE antibody,8478 were negative, and 333 were suspicious, with a positive rate of 26.28%.The positive rate of sows, boars and reserve porcine was 27.14%,26.68% and 15.02% respectively. The positive rate of piglets was 29.52%.It can be seen that gE antibody positive of PR is also relatively high, among which piglets are the highest, close to 30%,breeding porcine are the second, reserve porcine are the lowest. It shows that the pressure of latent infection of PR wild virus in our province is greater, which is worthy of attention in the porcine industry.
