| Rice is the most important food crop in our country,and rice is the staple food of the Chinese.Rice processing has developed from the original stone mortar pounding rice to modern industrialized production.The rice whitening process is an important part of the rice processing technology.The rice whitening is mainly used for peeling and whitening brown rice.Broken rice is most possibly to be produced during processing.The current rice whitening process often uses "multi-machine light whitening" to solve the problems of low precision and high rice breaking rate.It uses multiple rice whitening to form a unit to reduce the power of a single rice machine to reduce the production of broken rice.At present,rice whitening units often due to the abnormal ratio of whitening and removing bran powder and poor internal flow stability,resulting in unbalanced whitening or increased broken rice due to over-whitening.Mainly because the unit control system lacks the information interaction between the rice whitening,and cannot coordinate and cooperate to complete the processing goals.Improving the intelligence of the rice whitening unit control system is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in the current rice whitening research.The key lies in the processing of interactive information in the unit and the uniform control of the whitening intensity in each rice whitening.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the application of multi-agent system technology in the control system of rice whitening unit.First of all,this paper studies the grouping consensus of the rice whitening unit system based on multi-agents.The rice whitening machine studied in this system is a second-order agent,and the four rice whitening processes of the unit are divided into four groups of agents.Use the same group of cooperation and competition between different groups to coordinate and cooperate to complete processing tasks.The unit takes the rice precision requirements of the processed product as the overall goal,and the consensus of the multi-agent system is the basis for the cooperative and coordinated control between the agents.In order to improve the control efficiency of the unit system,the proportion of the chaff powder removed by each group of agents is used as the event-driven trigger condition.Combined with the mathematical model of the rice milling unit,an event-triggered system consensus control protocol is designed.Through the analysis of algebraic graph theory and Lyapunov stability theorem,the grouping consensus of the system is demonstrated.And prove that the Zeno behavior of the system will not appear,and finally verify the effectiveness of the control protocol through simulation analysis.Secondly,the time delays phenomenon is generated for the unit system,and the consensus of the time-delayed multi-agent system is further studied,and a new consensus control protocol is proposed.At the same time,for the time delays caused by the processing tasks of the rice whitening machine,an optimized drive control algorithm based on PSOBP-PID is designed.In order to improve the control accuracy and processing efficiency of the split rice whitening machine,numerical simulation analysis has been carried out to verify the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm.Finally,on the basis of the above research,this paper designs a multi-agent-based rice whitening unit control system.The system consists of three parts,use the database management system of the rice whitening unit as coordinated control.The other part is the distributed grouping control system based on event-triggered,and the digital optimized driving system of the extension intelligent rice whitening,and designed a monitoring system and human-computer interaction page... |
