Discrete manufacturing workshop of the agricultural machinery manufacturing company in Xinjiang,has the characteristics of multi-variety,small-batch production,and complex and changeable production process.which requires company to grasp the production status in real time and adjust their plans at any time to adapt to the rapid changes in production.However,the enterprise ERP system pays attention to the static and long-term nature of the production plan.the MES system reflects the dynamics and uncertainties of the production process.due to the lack of effective tracking methods and data collection methods for the Work-In-Progress at the bottom of the workshop,As a result,the MES system cannot obtain dynamic information during the execution of the plan,which in turn affects the formulation of ERP production and procurement plans.at the same time,the management can only obtain production statistics such as quality information,capacity information,and equipment utilization through quarterly tasks.and the problem of missing parts in the complete production process.and the problem of missing parts in the complete kit production process.in response to the above problems,this article uses the Internet of Things,the Internet and other related information technologies to study the technical solution of the tracking system of the state of work in the agricultural machinery manufacturing workshop under the environment of the Internet of Things.the main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking the production process of the Chopper in the agricultural machinery manufacturing workshop as the research object,and analyze the production operation status and existing problems of the workshop.and through the definition of the work-in-process status,summarize the production management requirements related to the tracking of the work-in-process status.(2)Research on the tracking method of the work-in-progress status in the Io T perception environment.First,build a manufacturing Io T perception environment under the "Internet of Things + Web Service" model.Next,study the work-in-process control method based on dispatch orders,and the work-in-process tracking method and data collection scheme that combines radio frequency identification technology(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)and two-dimensional code,to break through the "information barrier" from the bottom of the workshop to the management.Finally,study the production schedule monitoring and statistical calculation methods based on real-time data of work-in-progress.(3)Analysis of the Complete Kit of the production process.aiming at the problem of missing parts in the production process.according to the concept of complete kit,on the basis of realizing work-in-process data collection,research on missing parts query and complete set of query algorithms based on the BOM structure of a single finished product,and the calculation method of the preference coefficient of multiple products based on the analytic hierarchy process,to solve the problem of missing parts in complete production,and the problem of prioritizing analysis of the preference coefficient of multiple products.(4)On the basis of the above research,develop a production management information system.First,design the overall system architecture and workshop network topology.Then,establish the database structure relationship according to the WIP data model.Secondly,the hardware selection and the layout of the on-site hardware facilities of the workshop are carried out to realize the establishment of the workshop’s Io T perception environment.Finally,develop web programs based on the B/S architecture and mobile apps based on the Android operating system,and perform functional verification.
