| At present,most of the corn straw in the Huang-Huai-Hai region is returned to the field through crushing and rototilling,and some of it can be returned to the field by deep burial,but due to the large amount of return to the field,resulting in too much straw remaining on the surface,which affects the subsequent sowing of wheat and seedlings,and the full amount of straw is returned to the field in a relatively single machine.Some straw is transported to relevant straw processing enterprises for energy conversion and organic fertilizer conversion after baling,but the transportation cost and the lack of capacity of some enterprises in straw processing leading to insufficient supply and demand in the industry chain of post-bale processing methods.This dissertation explores a new method of straw full return treatment,that is using a technical method of using different blends of straw and soil mixture,extruded into a cylindrical shape to bury and return the straw to the field.A straw return mechanism that can realize root stubble crushing and picking,spiral conveying,secondary crushing,spiral compression and trenching and burying is designed,and a machine that can compress straw into a cylindrical shape is designed on the customized secondary crushing and returning machine,so that it can complete the functions of straw root stubble crushing,picking,conveying,secondary crushing,extrusion and forming,trenching and burying.The core component is the spiral churn compression device,consisting of five spiral blades with gradual pitch and diameter,the maximum spiral diameter of the churn blades is 398 mm,the minimum spiral diameter is 85 mm,the maximum pitch is 200 mm,the minimum pitch is 100 mm.in order to verify its performance,the molding device test platform was designed,and the bench test shows that: when the mixture extrusion molding discharge rate as a reference index,the When the material moisture content is 20%,the screw shaft speed is 397r/min,and the feeding volume is 210kg/min,the discharge rate reaches the maximum;when the power consumption in the process of mixture forming is the index,the power consumption reaches the minimum when the material moisture content is23%,the screw shaft speed is 477r/min,and the feeding volume is 180kg/min.The two indicators of discharge rate and power consumption were normalized and analyzed in accordance with the weight distribution of 6:4,and the best combination of material moisture content of 23%,screw shaft speed of 477r/min,and material feeding capacity of 210kg/min was obtained.After the analysis of the data from the bench test,concluding that when the straw moisture is 70.05%,the corresponding conveying capacity of the device is 8.756t/h.First-generation machine was improved and the field test was conducted on the second-generation machine.The agronomic requirements of the straw return.The above conclusions provide theoretical support for the later design of the overall straw returning machinery and provide some technical reference for the straw deep burial returning technology. |
