Compared with traditional breeding techniques,molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS)can quickly and effectively increase breeding efficiency and reduce breeding costs.Therefore,finding effective genetic molecular markers for pig growth and reproduction traits is of vital importance to the economic benefits of pig farms.In the early stage,based on the whole genome resequencing study of Guizhou local pig breeds,10 structural variations related to the growth and reproduction of Xiang pigs were screened out.PCR technology combined with bioinformatics analysis method was used to detect the population genotype distribution frequency of 10 SV loci and the correlation with the growth and reproduction traits of Xiang pig.The main results obtained are as follows:1.Structural variation SMC1A-I15-sv320 locus,which is located in SMC1 A in intron 15.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II have been detected in both Xiang pig and large white pig.DD genotype and D allele are in Both pig breeds are dominant,and there are polymorphisms.The SMC1A-I15-sv320 locus has a significant effect on the total litter size traits and body height growth traits of the fragrant pigs(P<0.05).The D allele may be a favorable gene for the total litter size of the fragrant pigs.The DD genotype is a favorable genotype.The I allele may be a favorable gene for the high growth of Xiang pigs,while the II genotype is the dominant genotype.2.The DKK2-I1-sv91 locus is located in intron 1 of the DKK2 gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II were detected in both Xiang and Large White pigs.The DD genotype and D allele were found in two pig breeds.Dominant,and there are polymorphisms.The DKK2-I1-sv91 locus has a significant effect on the reproduction and growth performance of Xiang pigs.The I allele is a favorable gene for the number of live litters and the number of nipples in the first birth,and the number of live births and the number of nipples in the II genotype is significantly higher than that of the DD individuals;the D allele is a favorable gene for the body length of the Xiang pig The body length of DD type individuals is significantly higher than that of DI type and type II individuals.3.The HSD17B12-I3-sv225 locus is located in intron 3 of the HSD17B12 gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II were detected in both Xiang pig and Large white pig.in Xiang pig,D allele is the dominant allele,DI genotype is the dominant genotype,and there are polymorphisms.The HSD17B12-I3-sv225 locus had no significant effect on the reproductive performance of Xiang pigs(P>0.05),but it had a significant effect on the body height traits of Xiang pigs(P<0.05).D allele is a favorable gene for the body height of fragrant pigs.The body height of DD and DI individuals is significantly higher than that of type II individuals;I allele is a favorable gene that affects the breast circumference and tube circumference of fragrant pigs,and the breast circumference of DI individuals is significant It is higher than that of type DD individuals,and the tube circumference of type II individuals is higher than that of type DD individuals.4.The IBSP-I4-sv277 locus is located in intron 4 of the IBSP gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II have been detected in both Xiang pigs and large white pigs.DD genotypes and D alleles are found in two pigs.It is predominant among species,and there are polymorphisms.The IBSP-I4-sv277 locus had a significant effect on the growth and reproduction traits of Xiang pig(P<0.05).The total litter size of DD individuals was significantly higher than that of type II individuals,and the abdominal circumference of type II individuals was significantly higher than that of type DI individuals.5.The BMP6-I6-sv29 locus is located in intron 6 of the BMP6 gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II were detected in both Xiang pigs and large white pigs.The DI genotype and I alleles were found in two pigs.It is predominant among species,and there are polymorphisms.The BMP6-I6-sv29 locus has a significant effect on the growth and reproductive traits of Xiang pigs(P<0.05).The number of live births and the total number of litters born in DD individuals were significantly higher than those of DI individuals;the weight and tube circumference of DD individuals were significantly higher than those of DI and II individuals.6.NBEA-I32-sv366 has a deletion of 366 bp and is located in intron 32 of the NBEA gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II have been detected in both Xiang and Large White pigs.The DI genotype and I allele are in Both pig breeds are dominant,and there are polymorphisms.The NBEA-I32-sv366 locus has a significant effect on the growth and reproductive traits of Xiang pigs(P<0.05).The number of live births of type II individuals was significantly higher than that of type DD individuals;the abdominal circumference of type DI individuals was significantly higher than that of type DD individuals;the tube circumference of type II individuals was significantly higher than that of type DD individuals.7.The MCU-I1-sv433 locus is missing 433 bp,which is located in MCU intron 1.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II were detected in both Xiang pig and Large white pig.The DI genotype and I allele are predominant in Xiang pigs,and there are polymorphisms.The MCU-I1-sv433 locus has a significant effect on the growth and reproductive traits of Xiang pigs(P<0.05).The total number of litters born and the number of live births of DI individuals were significantly higher than those of DD individuals;the body width,chest circumference,and abdominal circumference of type II individuals were significantly higher than that of DD individuals.The estimated breeding values of type II individuals were 0.62,3.10,and DD,respectively.3.68.8.LCORL-I4-sv426 has a deletion of 426 bp and is located in intron 4 of the LCORL gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II were detected in both Xiang and Large White pigs.The DD genotype and the D allele were in two.It is predominant in breeding pig breeds,and there are polymorphisms.The LCORL-I4-sv426 locus has a significant effect on the growth and reproductive traits of Xiang pigs(P<0.05).The number of live births of DI type individuals was significantly higher than that of type II individuals;the body height of type II individuals was significantly higher than that of type DI individuals.9.The SH3BP5-I3-sv547 locus is deleted by 547 bp and is located in intron 3 of SH3BP5 gene.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II have been detected in both Xiang pig and Large white pig.The DI genotype and D allele are in Both pig breeds are dominant,and there are polymorphisms.The SH3BP5-I3-sv547 locus has a significant effect on the reproductive performance of the Xiang pig(P<0.05),but has no significant effect on the growth traits of the Xiang pig(P>0.05).The total litter size of DD type individuals was significantly higher than that of DI type and type II individuals,and there were no significant differences between different genotypes in other reproductive traits.10.STPG2-I6-sv310 is missing 310 bp and is located in intron 6 of STPG2.Three genotypes of DD,DI and II have been detected in both Xiangzhu and Large White pigs,and DI genotype and D,etc.in Xiang pigs The locus gene is dominant in the two pig breeds,and there are polymorphisms in both.The STPG2-I6-sv310 locus has a significant effect on the reproductive performance of the Xiang pig(P<0.05),but has no significant effect on the growth traits of the Xiang pig(P>0.05).The total litter size of DI type individuals and type II individuals was significantly higher than that of DD type individuals,and there were no differences in the growth traits of Xiang pigs of different genotypes.
