| Carbon is not only a plant nutrient substance, but also an energy substance for plant metabolism.Relying on natural carbon to replenish carbon cannot meet the carbon demand of crops. As early as the 19th century, soviet scholars proposed that ammonium carbonate can be used as an Carbon-containing inorganic fertilize to replenish carbon to crops. However, there is still a lack of extensive and in-depth research on the carbon-replenishing and promoting growth of crops by inorganic carbon-containing fertilizers.Under the condition of ensuring the same level of nitrogen supply, through pot experiments, explore the effects of soil application of carbon-containing inorganic fertilizers urea and ammonium bicarbonate on crop carbon and nitrogen content, carbon products, photosynthetic characteristics, growth and development, and study the carbon effects and promotion of carbon-containing inorganic fertilizers urea and ammonium bicarbonate on crops. The main results are:1.The application of Carbon-containing inorganic fertilizer in the soil promotes the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of the above-ground plants of crops.the maximum increase in total carbon and nitrogen accumulation is 56.61%and 62.64%.It has a tendency to increase the carbon content of wheat and Qinggeng vegetables, and significantly increase the total carbon accumulation, total nitrogen content and total nitrogen accumulation.Among them, the maximum impact on the total carbon and nitrogen accumulation reaches 56.61%and 62.64%.The comprehensive application of carbon and nitrogen promotes the plant’s carbon assimilation ability and the absorption and utilization of nitrogen, affects the plant’s carbon and nitrogen metabolism, and changes the ratio of carbon to nitrogen.2.The application of Carbon-containing inorganic fertilize to the soil significantly promotes the photosynthesis of crops. It has a greater effect on increasing the net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2concentration in the photosynthesis of Qinggeng vegetables, with the maximum increase of 19.1%and 9.29%,increasing the instantaneous water use efficiency and SPAD value of Qinggeng vegetables and wheat leaves. While reducing stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, promoting the activity of key enzymes in leaf photosynthesis, and affecting the photosynthetic carbon assimilation ability of crops.3.The application of Carbon-containing inorganic fertilize to the soil promotes the conversion and accumulation of crop carbon products. The sucrose content of the whole plant above the ground of wheat and Qinggeng vegetables have increasing trend, the maximum increase for wheat is 35.85%,and the soluble sugar content of wheat and Qinggeng vegetables have significant increase, the maximum increase for wheat is 35.55%,which increases the production of carbon products in the plant.4.The application of Carbon-containing inorganic fertilize in the soil can promote the growth of crops.Increase the height of wheat plant, significantly increase the leaf area of the Qinggeng vegetables, the maximum increase is 7.54cm2.It has a significant increase the biomass of wheat and Qinggeng vegetables, with a maximum increase of 31.47%in fresh weight and a maximum increase of 50.19%in dry weight, and affecting dry matter content and water content.Increasing crops Quality, increase the sugar content and starch content of wheat, reduce crude protein, increase the sugar content and vitamin C and soluble protein content, etc.of Qinggeng vegetables. And promote the growth of crop yield.5.The effect of applying carbon-containing inorganic fertilizers urea and ammonium bicarbonate to the soil on crops is expressed as follows:at the same nitrogen level, the greater the amount of carbon applied, the greater the impact on the carbon effect and growth of the crop. The effect of urea when the amount of carbon is the same the effect is better than that of ammonium bicarbonate, and the effect of fertilization on Qinggeng vegetables is better than that of wheat. In summary, the application of carbon-containing inorganic fertilizers urea and ammonium bicarbonate in the soil promotes the carbon effect and growth of crops, and can realize the growth-promoting effect on plants. The application of carbon-containing inorganic fertilizers has a carbon effect on crops and promotes carbon and nitrogen metabolism, enhance photosynthesis of crops, promote yield increase, and improve the quality of vegetables and grains. Therefore, the carbon-containing inorganic fertilizer applied to the soil can provide a certain amount of carbon nutrition for the growth of crops, and promote the photosynthesis ability of the plant, and further understand the role of urea and ammonium bicarbonate as carbon in the carbon-containing inorganic fertilizer. And under the same carbon and nitrogen fertilizer, the effect of urea fertilizer is better than that of ammonium bicarbonate. |
