Potato Verticillium wilt is one of the most serious diseases in potato production.Chemical pesticides are commonly used for prevention and control of this disease in production,which not only has poor control effect but also affects the soil to varying degrees.Therefore,biological control methods have gradually become a hot spot.Trichoderma is a kind of biocontrol probiotic bacteria that exists in the soil.It can effectively inhibit the growth of a variety of fungal pathogens,cause changes in plant metabolism,promote plant growth,and increase crop yields.It has broad application prospects.Effervescent tablet is a new pesticide formulation mainly used to prevent and control diseases,pests and weeds.It can float on the water surface and spread spontaneously in the water,saving time and effort.This article takes Trichoderma aculeatus PT-29 as the research object,studies its solid fermentation conditions,and optimizes various influencing factors;this article also screens and optimizes the additives for making effervescent tablets,and determines the optimal formulation of the additives proportion.According to the indoor control effect test,the effects of Trichoderma aculeatus PT-29,Trichoderma citrinum MX-7,and Bacillus subtilis S-16 made into effervescent tablets on potato verticillium wilt were investigated.The main results of this research are as follows1.Through the screening of the solid fermentation medium and culture conditions of Trichoderma aculeatus,it is determined that the best fermentation substrate is wheat bran and rice husk powder,the best ratio is 8:12,the best carbon source is sucrose,and the best nitrogen The source is peptone,the best inorganic salt is potassium sulfate,the addition amount is 1%,the best mixing water is 70% of the solid medium,the best inoculation amount is 4m L,the best fermentation temperature is 25℃,and the best fermentation The time is 12 days.2.Through the screening of various additives,it is determined that the best composition of Trichoderma aculeatus PT-29 effervescent tablets is: citric acid:sodium bicarbonate = 1:2,polyethylene glycol 6000 as a lubricant,and the dosage is2.5 %,polyvinylpyrrolidone is used as the binder,the dosage is 1.5%,the disintegrant dosage is 60%,and the spore powder dosage is 15%;the best composition of Trichoderma citrinum MX-7 effervescent tablets: citric acid : Sodium bicarbonate=1.25:1,magnesium stearate as a lubricant,the amount is 2.5%,polyvinylpyrrolidone as a binder,the amount is 1.5%,the amount of disintegrant is60%,and the amount of spore powder is 15 %;The best composition of Bacillus subtilis S-16 effervescent tablets is: citric acid: sodium bicarbonate = 1.25:1,polyethylene glycol 6000 as a lubricant,the dosage is 3%,polyvinylpyrrolidone as a binder,The dosage is 2.5%,the disintegrant is 60%,and the spore powder is 15%;the best composition of the compound effervescent agent is: citric acid: sodium bicarbonate = 1.25:1,polyethylene glycol 6000 as lubrication The dosage of the agent is 2.5%,the dosage of polyvinylpyrrolidone as the binder is 1.5%,the dosage of disintegrant is 60%,and the dosage of spore powder is 15%.3.The result of potted plant verification is: in the control effect of compound bacterial powder,when the bacterial powder PT-29:S16 is 2:1,the control effect of potato verticillium wilt is the best,and the control effect reaches 56.06%,and a single bubble is used.After the potato was treated with the potato,the PT-29 effervescent tablet had the best control effect,with a control effect of 57.51%,of which the compound effervescent tablet had the best control effect,with a control effect of67.04%,which was 10.98% higher than the control effect of the compound powder.,So it shows that the control effect of biocontrol bacteria after being prepared into effervescent agent is better than that of preparing bacterial powder.
