Research On The Application Of Diagnosis And Treatment Technology Of Common Foot And Limb Disease In Equine

Common limb and hoof diseases of equine are relatively common in veterinary clinic.In the course of diagnosis and treatment in the past 2 years,103 cases of limb diseases have been treated,including 56 cases of hoof diseases,28 cases of bone and joint diseases and 19 cases of soft tissue diseases.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the application of the diagnosis and treatment techniques of common hoof diseases in sports horses in the cases of common hoof diseases,bone and joint diseases and soft tissue injuries.Clinically common limb diseases are accompanied by certain claudication symptoms,using clinical diagnosis to determine the claudication symptoms and degree.The X-ray films of hoof diseases and bone and joint diseases were taken by portable DR(TB-1012A).The pathological reactions of soft tissues were diagnosed by the portable B-ultrasound instrument FDC6000 V produced by Welld Company.Diagnosis is followed by treatment with traditional medication,surgery and physical therapy.Of the 56 cases of hoof disease,49 had a good prognosis and 7 had a poor prognosis.Of the 28 cases of osteoarthrosis,23 had a good prognosis and 5 had a poor prognosis.Of the 19 cases of soft tissue disease,15 had good prognosis and 4 had poor prognosis.Through discussion and analysis,it is concluded that the combined application of clinical diagnosis method and imaging diagnosis method can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.The combination of traditional therapy and new therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
