The Effect Of Different Treatment Methods On Seed Germination Of Sabina Chinensis And Platycladus Orientalis

Sabina chinensis and Platycladus orientalis are good afforestation tree species.It is of great scientific value to understand the factors affecting the seed germination of the two species for their artificial regeneration.In this study,the seeds of Sabina przewalskii and Platycladus orientalis collected in the East Campus of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University were used as materials.Through the indoor germination test,the germination indexes were determined,and the ecological factors affecting the seed germination and seed coating of Sabina przewalskii and Platycladus orientalis were systematically studied.(1)The ecological factors of seed germination of Sabina vulgaris and Platycladus orientalis were studied.The results showed that the most suitable temperature,light and buried depth for seed germination of Sabina vulgaris and Platycladus orientalis were 25 ℃,24 hl and 0.5cm,respectively;The most suitable soil moisture for seed germination of Sabina vulgaris and Platycladus orientalis was 25% and 30%respectively;The seeds of Sabina przewalskii and Platycladus orientalis with peel could not germinate.(2)The results showed that the best concentration of film-forming agent and water retaining agent were 0.30% Chitosan and 1% of seed weight respectively;The most suitable germicides for seed germination of Sabina vulgaris and Platycladus orientalis were carbendazim 0.15g/ml and cypermethrin diluted 6000 times,respectively;The most suitable growth regulators for seed germination of Sabina vulgaris and Platycladus orientalis were 400 mg / L indole acetic acid and 400 mg / L gibberellin.
