| Due to the advantages of simple structure,low cost,easy maintenance and adjustment,the cutter machine is widely used in the field of forage processing.However,the current theoretical research on the cutting performance of the cutting device of the cutting machine is not deep enough.There are few researches on the blade.The cutting machine still has problems such as high power consumption,low productivity,and easy clogging.In response to these problems,this article takes the cutting theory research and cutting performance test when cutting corn stalks as the starting point to study the cutting mechanism of cutting corn stalks and the specific power consumption of the cutting machine.The force analysis of the blade and the corn stalk during the cutting process were carried out,and the cutting performance test bench was built based on this.On the basis of theoretical research,the cutting performance test under the conditions of different spindle speed,feed amount and blade inclination angle was carried out,and then the influence of various factors on the cutting process was discussed,and the corresponding mathematical model was obtained.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the force analysis of the cutting process of corn stalks,the focus is on the influence of blade inclination angle versus power consumption,and the objective function of structural optimization is sought.(2)Based on the force analysis of the cutting process,a 9Z—4C type corn stalk cutting performance test bench that can adjust the spindle speed and blade inclination angle was built.Taking spindle speed,feed amount,blade inclination angle as test factors,and using specific power consumption as the evaluation index of cutting performance,a single factor test was carried out.Through data analysis,the change law of the influence of each factor against power consumption and the optimal parameter value range were obtained.(3)Through parameter optimization experiments,a regression mathematical model of the power consumption of each factor is obtained,and the influence law of the power consumption of each factor level is analyzed.the importance order of parameters of factors on the specific power consumption in the cutting process was found to be as follows:spindle speed>feed amount>blade inclination angle.When the spindle speed is 642r/min,the feeding amount is 1.3 kg/s,and the blade inclination angle is 63°,the specific power consumption in the cutting process is the smallest. |
