A Case Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Counterpart Poverty Alleviation In Luding Of The Breeding Project In Pujiang County

In recent years,countries all over the world have done a lot of research and efforts on how to reduce poverty.China has also been exploring how to reduce poverty for decades.Over the last few decades,China has explored multiple avenues of poverty alleviation,it began from the initial "blood transfusion type poverty alleviation" to the later "development type poverty alleviation".What is important to note,is that China has been investigating poverty reduction programs with Chinese characteristics.At the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,Central Committee announced the list of 832 counties in our country and these poverty-stricken counties cover more than half of China’s provinces,no poor counties,only nine provinces,the sum of these povertystricken area equivalent to the entire land area of half,according to this calculation,the whole country on average every three counties,there is a poor counties.To better convey the spirit of the meeting and help the implementation of the comprehensive well-off,pujiang county started to make a partner assistance of Luding county.Working alongside the poverty work,there are efforts to build idiosyncratic programs in poverty work.efforts to build characteristic of counterpart support brand,set up a goal,in the hope to luding county to create their own characteristic industry,Promote the continuous increase of local people’s income,and economic benefit can be radiation to surrounding areas,before the formal poverty alleviation work,pujiang county take the lead to send a batch of experienced poverty alleviation cadres to luding county,field investigation,and based on the actual,Finally,the "Gongga Chinese Bee" breeding poverty alleviation project is confirmed and introduced.In the development of poverty alleviation work,this project has achieved remarkable results.In recent years,China has made a lot of efforts in poverty reduction,and has made certain achievements,which has attracted the attention of the world,although at present our country has already announced that to realize the comprehensive well-off,but just to eliminate absolute poverty,poverty and more dimensions,we need to solve,including how to achieve poverty reduction,the more we need to sum up experience,to maintain effective anti-poverty strategy adjustment.Based on the Marxist national theory,Targeted poverty alleviation theory,this paper uses the Humanism principle,the theory of multicultural and the objectives effectiveness theory as the research and analysis tools,Taking the case of Luding County,which is the opposite of Pujiang County’s aquaculture project,as the research object,investigation and literature research methods are adopted to conduct research and analysis.In order to find the most optimal path of poverty reduction and consolidate the achievements of other anti poverty policies in the region.The Chinese method can provide a framework and also contribute to a force for poverty reduction research worldwide.
