| With the development of drip irrigation technology,clogging is still the primary reason limiting its development.Reducing sediment deposition in drip irrigation field pipe network can effectively prevent emitter clogging.In order to find out the specific distribution of sediment in the field pipe network of drip irrigation under sediment laden water irrigation,this study found the law of sediment deposition and emitter clogging in the field pipe network of drip irrigation through the pre experiment of simulated indoor irrigation experiment,and then designed the experiment to explore three kinds of layout(layout A,layout B,layout C,),three kinds of particle size range(0-0.03mm: D1,0.03-0.05mm: D2 05-0.1 mm: D3),three working pressures(0.06 MPa,0.1 MPa,0.15 MPa)and two sediment concentrations(1 g / L,3 g / L)affected the sediment deposition in the branch pipe of drip irrigation field pipe network and in the capillary pipe of drip irrigation field pipe network.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results show that the quality and particle size of sediment deposited in the capillary will have a direct impact on the clogging of emitters.When the emitter at the front end of the drip irrigation capillary is blocked,the change of irrigation uniformity tends to be smooth.(2)When studying the distribution of sediment in the field pipe network of drip irrigation,it is found that the branch pipe layout B of field pipe network can reduce the influence of test variables on the test results.The branch pipe layout of layout a is adopted for irrigation.It is suggested that the branch pipe of field pipe network should be washed regularly,which can greatly reduce the sediment transport to the capillary.In addition,the position of branch water inlet will affect the sediment deposition in the field pipe network,and the sediment deposition in the pipe network at the water inlet side accounts for about 1 /3 of the total sediment.(3)In the experiment to study the effect of sediment particle size on sediment deposition and distribution in drip irrigation field pipe network,the sediment amount in the range of0-0.03mm(D1)is the largest,accounting for 41.7% of the total sediment amount.The branch pipe can separate the sediment in the range of 0.05-0.1 mm(D3).It is recommended to flush the branch pipe of drip irrigation system regularly.(4)It is found that with the increase of muddy water concentration,the effect of branch pipe on the separation of large sediment becomes more obvious.(5)It is found that the sediment is easier to be transported into the capillary from the branch pipe under the system operating pressure of 0.1MPa. |
