| 8 self-selected new strains of vegetable sweet potato and Fushu 18 were used as the experimental materials in this research.A comparative experiment of the agronomic traits,economic traits and nutritional components and DUS has been done on the newly selected vegetable sweet potato strains.The effects of different foliar fertilizers have been studied on the agronomic characters,yield and quality of Fushu 18.The effects of polytropazole have been studied on physiology characteristics of Fushu10 and CH-2-C4.And the conclusions were as follows:(1)With the DUS determination,stem tip yield,agronomic characters,nutrition composition and trace elements test of new strains of vegetables sweet potato,the results showed that 8 self-selected new strains of vegetable sweet potato have not fuzz and they are green at the top.They have axillary buds and they bud quickly.They grow in the way of half erect.They meet the appearance standards of vegetable sweet potato and has novelty,consistency,specificity and stability.Among them,the stem tip yield,soluble protein and soluble total sugar of Ningcai2-C19and CH-2-C4were high.Their five yields in total were respectively 41.52 kg/7.5m2and 35.17kg/7.5m2and they were 19.14%and 0.92%higher than the control group Fushu 18.Their soluble protein contents were respectively 9.62 mg/g and 10.09mg/g and they were 4.91%and 10.03%higher than Fushu 18.After frying,they can keep green for a long time.The production of stem tip is high and the taste is good.It is suggested to speed up registration and promote planting in Hunan province.(2)Spraying different kinds of leaf fertilizer on Fushu 18 and the results showed that proper leaf fertilizer could increase the yield and total yield of Fushu 18,but the difference was not significant with CK.Spraying trace element water soluble fertilizer or 1%urea solution can greatly increase the soluble total sugar content.The effect of spraying 1%urea was the best on the basis of the total yield,nutrient composition and microelement content of the shoot tip.(3)Spraying paclobutrazol can enhance the activity of peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,catalase,soluble protein and soluble total sugar in the leaves of Fushu 10 and CH-2-C4,and reduce the content of malondialdehyde.So it increases resilience of vegetable sweet potato.The sensitivity of Fushu 10 and CH-2-C4to the concentration of pleiotropin-azole was different.Fuzzy mathematical membership function analysis shows that Fushu 10 has the strongest effect of Physiology Characteristics when it was sprayed with150mg/L and CH-2-C4with 300mg/L. |
