| Based on the background of the fourth national survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,through the collection of literature data,a representative area and sample survey method combined with 3S technology,a systematic survey of Chinese medicine resources in Lengshuijiang City was conducted to obtain the composition structure of medicinal plants,Distribution status,reserves and other information,and analyzed the characteristics of the flora,giving basic suggestions for the development and utilization of medicinal plant resources,with a view to providing a reference for the protection and sustainable use of medicinal plant resources in Lengshuijiang City.The main findings are as follows:(1)In this census,a total of 872 wild medicinal plant specimens were obtained,belonging to 134 families,463 genera,and 676 species.Among them,medicinal gymnosperms are 5 families,7 genera,7 species,medicinal angiosperms are 119 families,441 genera and 652 species,medicinal ferns are 9 families,14 genera and 16 species,and fungal are 1 family,1 genera and 1 species.Plants accounted for 96.45% of the total species,accounting for the main part of the medicinal plants in Lengshuijiang City.The number of medicinal plant families in Lengshuijiang City accounts for half of the number of families in Hunan Province and the whole country.(2)In terms of the number structure of families,the " monophyletic family"(63families,47.01%)prevails within the genus within the family,and the "oligary family"(73families,54.48%)prevails within the species within the family.Single species and oligogenous species together account for 99.35% of all genera and 96.44% of all species.Therefore,in terms of the number structure of genera,single species and oligogenetic species dominate.(3)Among the 134 medicinal plant families in Lengshuijiang City,there are 17 dominant families.The largest family is Leguminosae(including 34 genera and 49 species),followed by Asteraceae(including 33 genera and 44 species)and Rosaceae(including 18 genera and 42 species);among 463 medicinal plants in Lengshuijiang City,the advantage There are 44 genera,the largest genus is Rubus(including 12 species).(4)The life forms of medicinal plants in Lengshuijiang City include shrubs,herbs,trees,vines,mosses and lichens.The most widely distributed vegetation types are herbs(352 species,52.07%),followed by shrubs(160 species,23.67%),and then tree plants(71species,10.50%),and there are three mosses and lichens.(5)From the perspective of distribution types of families and genera,tropical and temperate regions account for 45.07% and 19.55%,respectively.The divisions of families in Lengshuijiang City are closer to the tropical regions of the country.Among the distribution types of medicinal plants,It is still dominated by tropical and temperate components,with tropical and temperate regions accounting for 41.97% and 45.98%,respectively,and the genus is closer to the temperate region of the country,indicating that many medicinal plants in this region are in the transition from the northern subtropical zone to the warm zone Zone.(6)Ginkgoceae and Eucommiaceae are endemic families in China obtained from this survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,as well as Geophyllum,Ceratophyllum,Echinacea,Cunninghamia,Tongtumu,Ginkgo,Yutenia,Wax The 10 genera of Prunus and Eucommia are endemic to China.(7)There are 65 key types of field investigations in Lengshuijiang City,and the calculation of the reserves of traditional Chinese medicine resources has 7 types of medicinal materials with a storage capacity of more than 1,000 tons and 24 types with a storage capacity of less than 10 tons.(8)For the ecological environment of tin mines,the use of two forms of soil improvement and vegetation restoration,select native legumes,Asteraceae,Phellodendron,Eucommia,honeysuckle for the choice of vegetation restoration in the mining area,these medicinal plants are only It is used for greening protection and does not for economic value;it gives reference suggestions on the protection of wild Chinese medicine resources and the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry. |
