Based on the digital twin technology and the actual situation of agricultural development,this paper puts forward the digital twin agriculture theory,and based on the technology theory,sets up the rice field environmental monitoring system,showing the characteristics of the initial body of the digital twin agriculture system.At the same time,it describes the methods and processes of some agricultural applications in the digital twin agricultural system.This paper mainly expounds the practical application of digital twin Agricultural Technology,and builds a simple digital twin agricultural system.The main work and research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance and research status of digital twin technology at home and abroad.In this paper,the theory of digital twin technology is described in detail,and the five-dimensional model structure and six basic principles of digital twin technology application are mainly introduced.(2)According to the current situation of agricultural development and the characteristics of digital twin technology,this paper puts forward the theory of digital twin agricultural technology,and introduces the connotation,logical model and application architecture of digital twin agricultural technology theory.This paper focuses on the four characteristics of digital twin agricultural technology theory and the application system of three-layer model.(3)Based on the theory of digital twin agricultural technology,the rice field environmental monitoring system is constructed,which shows the architecture design of digital twin agricultural system.This paper describes the construction of some modules of the perception control layer and the agricultural entity layer in detail,and clearly puts forward the design scheme of the imperfect part and the intelligent application layer.(4)Based on the digital twin agricultural system,the design of various agricultural application modules is described.This paper focuses on the realization of the application module of the field insect automatic detection and classification based on the improved YOLO-V3 target detection algorithm.It shows the characteristics of global perception and virtual reality interaction in the application of digital twin agricultural system,and solves the data error problem caused by the uncertainty of environmental factors in agriculture to a certain extent.
