The progress of science and technology has been greatly promoted the development of modern agriculture.Forage is the basic raw feed to meet the requirement of the expanded continuously development of animal breeding.Forage dried with high-quality,easy storage can be obtained by means of artificial drying method.However,the traditional sun-shine drying method has obvious disadvantages of long drying duration,high consumption of power and great loss of nutritional components.Another drying methods,such as physical and chemical drying and artificial drying,also can not meet the needs of modern forage processed.Therefore,the popular application of machinery in drying forage and the improvement of forage machining technology play an important role in pasture industry.The research of herbage drying device,especially its control system,has always been an important part of our research.In this paper,the control system of roller-type forage dryer is taken as the research object,and the factors and the temperature parameter control of roller forage dryer are analyzed.A set of optimal parameters under high temperature of the rotary hay dryer is obtained by using orthogonal design of three factors and five levels,and the effect of drying parameters on the moisture content of forage are determined.Spss19.0 software was applied to establish nonlinear regression model for the control of outlet temperature.Results from variance analysis and verified test give the validation of this model.the regression model under the high temperature control of exports is identified,which provides a reliable mathematical model for the rotary hay dryer control system.Simulation of conventional PID,BP neural network and BP neural network PID were performed by using MATLAB and simulation module.The simulation results show that BP neural network PID control technology has the advantages of fast regulation speed and stable system performance in complex systems,It has good control effect on the multi-variable,time-varying and large-lag nonlinear system of roller-type forage dryer.
