| This study was aimed to investigate the effects of added fermented mulberry leaf powder to the diet on the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,intestinal tissue morphology,meat quality,Amino Acid and Fatty Acid Composition and Nutritional Value Evaluation in broilers.A total of 360 0-day-old broilers were divided into 5 groups with 6replicates randomly,with 12 chickens each.The treatments were as follows: The control group took basal diet,the other groups took basal diet supplement with 3% mulberry leaf powder without fermented,3%,6% and 9% fermented mulberry leaf powder.The trial was divided into two stages: 1-28 d of earlier growth stage and 29-56 d of later growth stage.The results showed that an appropriate level of fermented mulberry leaf powder increased antioxidant capacity,improved growth performance,stabilized intestinal morphology and increased digestive enzyme activity,which significantly increased nutrient digestibility(P<0.05).3% fermented mulberry leaf powder group had the best meat quality,the L * value was higher and the shearing force was the lowest(P<0.05).In addition,3%mulberry leaf powder and fermented mulberry leaf powder group had lower abdominal fat percentage and The slaughter performance significantly improved(P<0.05).To analyze the diversity and composition of inosine,amino acids and fatty acids for broiler.fermented mulberry leaf powder Significantly increased the inosinic acid content in muscles(P<0.05).In addition,EAA、DAA、PUFA and EFA increased with increasing fermented mulberry leaf powder levels in broiler diets.Taking all results into consideration,the growth performance of broilers fed diet added fermented mulberry leaf powder was effectively improved,effectively improve meat quality.In addition,fermented mulberry leaf powder also increase the content of inosine,amino acids and fatty acids in the muscle.Supplement with 3% fermented mulberry leaf powder in daily diet of the broilers has the optimum effect. |
