| Potato crops mainly include cassava,sweet potato and potato.At present,the reason for restricting the development of animal husbandry in my country is the insufficient supply of feed raw materials,and the advantages of potato raw materials are the rich variety,wide source,large output and low price.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effective energy and amino acid digestibility of three different tubers through the pig digestion and metabolism test and the amino acid terminal ileal chyme collection test,and explore the potential of replacing some corn as pig energy feed.Test 1:Eight healthy ternary cross barrow boars pigs with similar body weight(18.87±1.90 kg)were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups for a total of three phases,with 6replicates in each group and 1 pig per replicate.The basic diet is mainly composed of corn,and the experimental group replaces the corn in the basic diet with 20%of potatoes and other proportions.The digestion energy(DE)and metabolic energy(ME)of three kinds of potato piglets were determined by the total fecal collection method combined with a set of algorithms.The results showed that the piglet’s Apparent total tract digestibility of Gross energy(ATTD of GE)was 85.96%,DE was 3250.10kcal/kg,ME was 3035.65kcal/kg;sweet potato’s ATTD of GE was 88.83%,DE is 3076.70kcal/kg,ME is 2895.92kcal/kg;potato’s ATTD of GE is 88.53%,DE is 3202.65kcal/kg,ME is 2962.14kcal/kg.In terms of energy raw materials,the difference between ATTD of GE and corn of three types of potatoes was not significant(P>0.05),and the differences among cassava,sweet potato and potato were not significant(P>0.05).In the absolute basis(DM basis),cassava and potatoes contain higher DE and ME than sweet potatoes(P>0.05),of which cassava has the highest DE and ME.Test 2:Select 10 healthy ternary cross barrow boars pigs of similar age(18.00±1.48 kg)with a"T"cannula at the end of the ileum.Randomly divided into 5 groups,a total of three phases,each group has a total of 6 repetitions,each repetition of 1 pig.Five diets were prepared,the control group was fed with a basic diet(mainly composed of corn),and a nitrogen-free diet was used to calculate the loss of basic endogenous amino acids.Using the external indicator method(Cr2O3),the Apparent ileal digestibility(AID)and Standardized ileal digestibility(SID)were determined.The results of the study showed that the cassava had lower AID and SID values for crude protein and most essential amino acids than sweet potatoes and potatoes(P<0.05),there was no difference between sweet potatoes and potatoes(P>0.05). |
