To improve the production efficiency and benefit of apple seedlings is the basis for the development of apple industry.The height,thickness,number of branches,length and angle of branches of the plants are important physiological indexes of the quality of the plants.In production,plants with more ideal branching conditions can bear fruit earlier and achieve economic benefits.In this experiment,four one-year anvil tasseers,Nagafu No.2/M26/Malus prunifolia(wild.)Borkh,Qincui/M26/Malus prunifolia(wild.)Borkh(QMM),Qincui/M26(QM)and Qincui/T337(QT),were used as materials.To study the effect of different treatment combinations of cypropionic acid amide(Cyc)on promoting branching of 1-year-old apple seedlings and to compare the effect of Cyc and 6-BA.Taking Yanfu No.10/M26/Malus prunifolia(wild.)Borkh was used as the material to explore the appropriate combination of Cyc to promote branching and the effects of Cyc on axillary bud germination and physiology of different maturity.Single factor completely randomized design was adopted in all experiments,and the concentration of Cyc was 0.2 g·L-1.The test results are as follows:1.Cyc could effectively promote the ramifications of apple plants with different rootstock combinations,but the number of ramifications of plants treated by Cyc compared with four rootstock combinations of Nagafu No.2/M26/Malus prunifolia(wild.)Borkh,QMM,QM and QT were all between 8 and 9,and the ramifications rate within the treatment range was more than 80%,which showed a very stable ramifications promotion effect.Cyc also significantly promoted the branching Angle of Nagafu No.2/M26/Malus prunifolia(wild.)Borkh.It was also found that Cyc inhibited the height and thickness of apple plants to some extent,but had no significant effect on branch length.Cyc was better than6-BA in promoting branching.2.Statistical results of growth and branching characteristics of five different treatment combinations showed that Cyc+GA3(1:2)The indexes of seedling height,seedling thickness,branch thickness,branch Angle and effective branch length were the best,which were217.81 cm,11.11 mm,0.98,2.33 mm,61.68°and 17.15 cm,respectively,while Cyc+GA4+7(1:1)The branch thickness,branch ratio and effective branch number of treatment were the best,which were 2.33 cm,22.4%and 5,respectively.The results showed that the comprehensive index of Cyc+GA3(1:2)treatment was the best,followed by Cyc+GA4+7(1:1)treatment,which could be used to improve the technical scheme of promoting the branching of Cyc.3.In the treatment of Yanfu No.10/M26/Malus prunifolia(wild.)Borkh,the effect of Cyc on axillary bud growth and germination rate decreased with the increase of axillary bud maturity.The experiment was divided into three stages(A-1,A-2 and A-3),with an interval of 5 d and 6 d,respectively.The axillary buds of Cyc treatment in A-1 stage began to germinate on about 8d,and the bud length was significantly different from that of the control group.In A-2 stage,the axillary bud length of Cyc treatment was significantly different from that of the control at about 12 d.The A-3 period did not start to differ until about 16 days ago.The statistical results showed that the inhibition effect of Cyc on seedling height was weaker and weaker,on the contrary,the number of branches and effective branches decreased significantly.
