Tremella aurantialba is a rare edible bacteria with delicious taste.Tremella aurantialba is not only nutritious,rich in protein,vitamin and mineral elements,but also has certain medicinal value,which can lower the blood sugar,blood fat,and enhance the function of anti-oxidation and human immunity,etc.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,the market demands for Tremella aurantialba continue to expand.The research of Tremella aurantialba started late,and the cultivation technology still remains immature and unsystematic.In order to improve the production benefits of Tremella aurantialba,this paper has studied the nutritional physiology of Tremella aurantialba,the bag planting matrix formula,the matrix water rate,iron and zinc content.The main results are explained as follows:1.The effects of 14 kinds of carbon sources,19 kinds of nitrogen sources,5 kinds of inorganic salts,5 kinds of vitamins and 5 kinds of plant growth regulators on the growth of the mycelium of the mother species of Aureum vulgaris were studied,and the result shows:(1)When Tremella aurantialba mother species uses glucose,maltose,and rhamnose as carbon sources,the mycelial growth rate is the fastest and the colony grows the most vigorously;when mannose,mannitol,sucrose,arabinose,and ribose are used as carbon sources,the hypha growth of the mother species of Tremella aurantialba is better;when the medium carbon source is sorbitol,galactose,lactose,the growth of the mother species of Tremella aurantialba is poor;when sodium acetate,ethanol and carboxymethyl cellulose are used as the carbon source,the hypha grows the worst.(2)When Tremella aurantialba mother species use peptone,malt extract,tryptone,and glutamine as the nitrogen sources,the mycelial growth rate is the highest,and the colony growth is the best,followed by yeast extract,serine,beef extract and leucine;When sodium nitrate,isoleucine,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,tyrosine,phenylalanine,tryptophan,sodium nitrate and ammonium nitrate are used as the nitrogen sources,the hypha growth of mother species is poor;when the nitrogen source is ammonium chloride,ammonium sulfate and urea,the hypha growth of mother species was the worst,;when the nitrogen source was urea,the hyphae almost did not grow,which was very different from other nitrogen sources.(3)Mg SO4,KCl,Na NO3,Ca Cl2 and KH2PO4 can promote the growth of the hyphae of Tremella aurantialba.Among them,Mg SO4,KH2PO4 and KCl have significant promoting effects.The promoting effect of Ca Cl2 and Na NO3 is not significant.(4)VB1,VB2,VC,niacin and folic acid can all promote the growth of the hyphae of the mother species.Among them,the promotion effect of VB1,VC,and folic acid is significant,while the promotion effect of VB2 and niacin is not significant.(5)Gibberellin and IAA have a significant promotion effect on the growth of the hyphae of Tremella aurantialba,while the promotion effect of triacontanol and KT-30 is not significant,6-BA have an inhibitory effect on the growth of the hyphae.2.On the basis of single factor research,using the secondary universal rotation combination design,a mathematical model between the yield of Tremella aurantialba fruit body and the amount of main cultivation substrate was established.Through model optimization,the best formula of Tremella aurantialba r bag cultivation substrate was determined,namely,49.57%of wood chips,26.69%of cotton seed husk,10.30%of bran,9.15%of soybean meal,2.29%of corn flour and 1%of gypsum,1%of sucrose.Using this formula and conducting verification tests under the same conditions,the average output is256.27 g/bag,and the result is close to the model prediction.3.By controlling the different moisture content in the cultivation substrate,the influence of its cultivation on the growth and development of Tremella aurantialba was studied.The results show that the optimal moisture content of Tremella aurantialba cultivation substrate is 64%.Under these conditions,the growth period of Tremella aurantialba is 29.47 d,the primordium formation time is 33.75 d,the air-dried mass of the fruit body is 40.10 g/bag,the biological efficiency is 54.14%,and the production cycle is56.09 d.4.In order to study the effect of ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate on the growth and development of Tremella aurantialba and the iron and zinc content of the fruit body for the iron-rich and zinc-rich cultivation of Tremella aurantialba,first add ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate to the growth of the mycelium of the mother species of Tremella aurantialba Carry out a single factor test,research based on the single factor test results,using the two-stage universal rotation combination to optimize the design.The results showed that the optimum addition amount of ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate were both 4.0 g/kg(air-dried mass of the substrate),and the content of iron and zinc in the fruit body could reach 137.41 mg/kg and102.67 mg/kg,respectively.In this study,the optimal nutrient conditions for the growth of the female Tremella aurantialba hyphae were obtained;the best formula for the cultivation of Tremella aurantialba bag material was determined.Compared with the commonly used formula,the optimized formula increased the yield by 54.25 g/bag;Tremella aurantialba was determined The optimal initial moisture content of the cultivation substrate is a key cultivation parameter;the technology of Tremella aurantialba rich in iron and zinc cultivation is clarified,and the optimal addition amount of ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate is determined.The iron and zinc content of Tremella aurantialba fruit body is increased respectively.31.65mg/kg and 72.27 mg/kg.
