Chemical hybridizing agents is one of the important ways to utilize the heterosis of rape.It has a wide range of parent selection,no need for three-line matching, fast breeding speed and low cost.In order to quickly to use new germplasm materials to cultivate two-line hybrids, this experiment used the Rape compound chemical hybridizing Agents independently developed by the research group to test the kill male effect and hybrid configuration on 5newly created high-qualities inbred lines. The content of MDA,the activity of SOD,activity of POD,pollen activity, morphological change of flower apparatus, fertility, agronomic characters, economic characters, lodging resistance and quality characters were determined by spectrophotometry, acetic acid magenta methods, field fertility identification and near-infrared method.Study its male-killing effect, determine the optimum spray, concentration of chemical male-killing agent, and screen high-quality hybrid varieties(combinations). The result is as follows:1.After chemical hybridizing agent treatment, the flowers of rapeseed become smaller, the stamen filaments are shortened, the anthers are empty, the pollen is inactive, the pistil changes little, and the sterile pollen cells are irregular in appearance, ruptured, and the contents are extravasated.2.Rape compound chemical hybridizing agent treatment for 10 d and 20 d,the determination showed flower bud MDA content increased,SOD activity decreased,POD activity increased;leaf MDA content decreased,SOD activity increased, and POD activity decreased.3.After chemical hybridizing agent treatment, the 5 materials have different sensitivity to the rape compound chemical underside.A2 and A3 have the best effect under the treatment of 0.5μg/m L,and they are sensitive to a drug reaction.A4 had the best effect under 0.8μg/m L treatment, and was slightly sensitive to a drug reaction.A1 had the best effect under the treatment of 1.1μg/m L,and was relatively slow to the drug.A5 had the best effect under the treatment of 1.4μg/m L,and was slow to the drug. There are differences in the degree of influence on agronomic traits. The Low-concentration treatment has no obvious change.High-concentration treatment decreases plant height, increases the number of branches at a time, and shortens the length of main inflorescence.4.The yield per plant of 16 varieties(combinations)was significantly positively correlated with the number of siliques per plant, the number of secondary branches, the number of primary branches, the number of siliques per plant, and the plant height. The correlation coefficients were 0.83,0.76,0.68,0.50,0.33.The yield per plant was significantly positively correlated with the number of kernels per horn, and the correlation coefficients were 0.28,respectively.5.The correlation analysis results of the lodging resistance indexes of 16 varieties(combinations)showed that the root neck thickness was negatively correlated with the lodging index, and the correlation coefficient was-0.41.The thicker the root neck, the stronger the lodging resistance.Tensile resistance and lodging index are significantly negatively correlated, with a correlation coefficient of-0.54.The higher the pull resistance value of rapeseed, the better the lodging resistance of the plant. The Fracture resistance has a significant negative correlation with the lodging coefficient, with a correlation coefficient of-0.56;it has a very significant negative correlation with the lodging index, with a correlation coefficient of-0.61.6.Factor analysis shows that XNY3 has the highest comprehensive evaluation score of0.722,and XNY13 has the worst score of-0.692.Among them, the XNY3 lodging index is1.4,the yield per plant is 32.330 g,the oil content is 47.10%,and the comprehensive properties are good. The combination has high quality, high yield and good lodging resistance.
