The main producing areas of Auricularia auricula in Hebei province are mainly distributed in poor areas,in the cultivation process of Auricularia auricula, every year,a large amount of waste fungus chaff is produced.the fungus chaff cannot be effectively used, most of them are directly discarded as garbage or incinerated, which not only puts great pressure on the development of the industry, but also affects the stability of the ecological environment.Auricularia polytricha is rich in polysaccharides, and has been favored by more and more people because of its rich nutritional value, contains rich polysaccharides, because of its rich nutritional value, and is loved by more and more people.Auricularia polytricha has good decomposing ability and strong resistance to adversity,in the production process of Auricularia polytricha, the variety superiority of Auricularia polytricha can be combined with fungus chaff effectively,A certain amount of fungus chaff of Auricularia auriculata was used to cultivate Auricularia polytricha,to realize the resource development of Auricularia auriculata chaff,it can not only effectively reduce the pollution problem caused by fungus chaff, but also effectively supplement the gap period of Auricularia auriculata production, and realize the annual production. In this study,Auricularia polytricha No.3 was selected as the original strain,a total of316 strains of Auricularia polytricha were obtained by ARTP mutagenesis, the antagonistic tests between the mutant strains and the original strains were carried out,and 26 strains were screened to have obvious antagonistic reactions with the original strains,by comparing the mycelial growth rate, extracellular enzyme activity and biological efficiency of the 26 mutant strains,it was confirmed that the traits of the 5 mutant strains SL205,SL291,SL102,SL145 and SL189 were all superior to the original strain Auricularia polytricha No.3.The authenticity of the 5 mutant strains and the original strains of Auricularia polytricha No.3were identified by ISSR molecular marker technique, the results showed that there were differences between the mutant strains and the original strains at the molecular genetic level, among them, the mutant strain SL205 grew 7.26mm/d in the substrate of Auricularia auriculata chaff, the biological efficiency was 112.38%,the strains of SL205 was finally identified as the best mutant strain and named as Xinheda SL205.Combined with the resource utilization of Auricularia auricula chaff, the high yield cultivation technology of Auricularia polytricha with Auricularia auricula chaff as main substrate was studied, finally, the most suitable formula for the growth of Xinheda SL205 under the substrate of Auricularia auricula chaff was determined: Auricularia auricula chaff50%,miscellaneous wood chips 30%,Corn cob 10%,bran 8% and lime 2%.The biological efficiency of Xinheda SL205 in this formulation reached 126.29%.According to the special climate conditions in northern Hebei, black fungus is usually arranged in spring and autumn,in order to make up for the production gap of Auricularia auricula in summer, the cultivation of Auricularia polytricha was introduced,a matching cultivation pattern of Auricularia auricula and Auricularia polytricha was formed, under this model, the effects of two different cultivation methods on the biological efficiency of Auricularia polytricha were analyzed, the results showed that the biological efficiency was7.66% higher under the hanging bag cultivation mode than under the ground pendulum mode, under the ground pendulum mode has less economic input and the biological efficiency reaches the normal level, this study is of reference value to the exploration of the new cultivation mode of Auricularia polytricha.
