| Floating photobioreactor is a new type of photobioreactor.It uses wave as energy source to drive mixing,reducing energy consumption in the culture process,and the manufacturing cost of the photobioreactor is low,which is expected to significantly reduce the cost of microalgae production.However,the floating photobioreactor also has the problems of low automation in the cultivation process,intensive labor requirement,and the delayed detection of microalgae growth conditions.To address the above problems,this research adds production auxiliary equipment,data acquisition-control module,data display-storage module to the floating photobioreactor,which together form a microalgae cultivation control system.On the basis of the floating photobioreactor,auxiliary production equipment has been added,namely the seawater treatment tank and the algae liquid storage tank.The floating photobioreactor is responsible for the cultivation of microalgae,and the seawater treatment are carried out in the seawater treatment tank.The liquid storage tank stores the algae liquid that meets the density requirements,and the three compartments work together to complete the cultivation of microalgae.The data acquisition-control part consists of the following modules: culture medium preparation module,algae liquid acquisition module,temperature detection control module,dissolved oxygen detection control module,button control display module,p H value detection module,and solar power supply module.The main control chip of the data acquisition-control part is STM32F103ZET6 in the STM32 series.First,the working principle of each functional module is briefly analyzed,and then the hardware circuit design and driver design of each module are carried out.The data display-storage section includes microalgae culture system management software and MYSQL database.The microalgae culture system management software uses QT as a development platform.with this software,users can directly obtain the growth data of microalgae inside the floating photobioreactor.At the same time,it realizes the control of the corresponding electrical equipment of the data acquisition-control part.The function of data saving is directly embedded in the management software of the microalgae cultivation system.We will collect the temperature,p H,dissolved oxygen and cell number of the algae liquid inside the floating photobioreactor.The value are stored in the database,and users can use the database management software NAVICT to access the data stored in MYSQL.The communication between the data acquisition-control part and the data display-storage part is realized through the atomic cloud server,which can receive the data of the data acquisition and control part,the connection of atomic cloud server and microalgae cultivation system management software is realized through the virtual serial port,which finally realizes the communication between the data acquisition-control part and the data display-storage part.Withthe design of the microalgae culture control system,the physical assembly of the microalgae culture control system was completed,and the design function of the microalgae culture control system was verified through functional tests.The microalgae culture control system was used for seawater Chlorella.The algae cultivation experiment has verified that the microalgae cultivation control system can realize the design function,and the microalgae cultivation control system has a good application prospect. |
