In the conventional agricultural production,the waste of water resources is crucial;the unreasonable application of chemical fertilizer in soil leads to the destruction of land.In order to economize agricultural water and fertilizer and promote the healthy advance of agriculture,precision irrigation and fertilization must be implemented.In this paper,compare domestic and foreign development of irrigation and fertilization technology.the intelligent monitoring system of irrigation and fertilization is invented,which assemble computer,transmitter and Internet of things technology.The research mainly includes the following three parts:In the technology of irrigation and fertilization technology,the first part is the design of fertilizer applicator.The system uses venturi fertilizer applicator to achieve Venturi’s fertilizer absorption experiment,and studies the affect of the pressure difference between the inflow section and fertilizer section and the structure size on the fertilizer absorption.Through the test device,the experimental data show that the fertilizer inhalation of Venturi decreases with the decrease of the inflow section pressure.The system design contain three parts: the collect and control layer provides greenhouse information for the fertilization and irrigation execution module by reading the greenhouse environment parameters with the microcontroller;the water and fertilizer information is collected by Siemens PLC,and the closed-loop feedback control is formed with the water pump and each pipeline electric ball valve as the actuator to accurately adjust the greenhouse fertilization flow;the HMI is used to realize scene monitoring;concurrently,the GPRS is used to collect the information The data of the control layer is transmitted to the terminal application layer.The structure of the terminal application layer uses B / S mode,the data is stored in mysql,the field parameters are browsed through remote interview and HMI browse,and the device of the system can be controlled.In the field test application,the system carries out the transmitter data acquisition accuracy test,water and fertilizer solution ratio test.Finally,the experimental data show that the water and fertilizer integrated intelligent monitoring system developed in this paper has accurate data acquisition,stable data transmission,and accurate control of water and fertilizer solution ratio in the process of irrigation and fertilization,which has great significance in improving crop yield and saving resources significance.
