| Feijoa is a new fruit integrating edible,medicinal and ornamental purposes,and has important economic value.In order to increase the survival rate of feijoa cuttings,The experiment uses feijoa‘Chuanren No.1’as the material to study the environmental factors(air humidity,substrate humidity,shading rate)and cutting treatment methods(elution treatment,yellowing treatment,girdling treatment)on the rooting of feijoa cuttings.To solve the difficult problem of rooting of feijoa cuttings,and provide a theoretical basis for cultivating high-quality feijoa seedlings.The research results are as follows:(1)Among the three environmental factors light,substrate humidity and air humidity,air humidity has the greatest influence on the rooting effect of feijoa cuttings,followed by substrate humidity,shading rate.Air humidity 80%~89%,substrate humidity 40%~49%and shading rate 25%are the combination of environmental factors with the highest rooting rate of feijoa cuttings.From the perspective of comprehensive rooting rate,rooting number,root length and other indicators,The optimal combination of environmental factors for cuttings is 80%~89%air humidity,40%~49%substrate humidity,and 25%shading treatment.The rooting rate was 56.33%,the average number of roots was 5.67,and the average root length was 9.53cm.(2)The elution treatment can reduce the content of rooting inhibitors in feijoa cuttings to a certain extent,and reduce the rooting inhibitory effect.With the increase of elution time,the rooting inhibitory effect becomes decreasing obviously,0.5%C2H5OH+0.5%KMn O4,The cuttings extracts treated with potassium manganate for9h reduced the effect of inhibiting the germination of cabbage seeds,and the germination rates were 77.33%and 76.67%.As the elution time increases,the cutting survival rate first increases and then decreases.The 1.5%C2H5OH elution treatment for 6 hours can shorten the cutting rooting time,which is 6.67 days earlier than the CK,and the rooting rate,rooting index are increased by 55.15%and1694.73%respectively,which is the best treatment.(3)Appropriate yellowing treatment time can promote the increase of rooting material of cuttings and decrease of inhibitors.During the yellowing process,IAA and IBA increased by 3.98 ng/g and 120.54 ng/g at most compared with the CK.ABA,total phenols,and tannins are reduced by up to 186.07 ng/g,10.03 mg/g,0.41 mg/g,which is the fundamental reason why yellowing treatment can improve the rooting effect.However,long-term yellowing treatment will reduce the nutrient content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein in cuttings.After 40d yellowing treatment,Chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,and soluble protein content were reduced by 34.89%,34.26%,and 35.57%,respectively,conducive to rooting.The 30-day yellowing treatment is the optimal treatment,the rooting time is 7 days earlier,and the rooting rate and rooting index are increased by 57.85%and 396.44%respectively compared with the CK.(4)To a certain extent,The girdling treatment can increase the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein and other nutrients in the cuttings,and accumulate a large amount of nutrients for the rooting of the cuttings.The girdling treatment can increase the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein by18.49%,31.43%,and 119.03%,the increase of nutrients is an important reason for girdling treatment to improve the rooting effect of feijoa.On the whole,the 20d girdling treatment made feijoa cuttings rooting and 11 days earlier,and the rooting rate,rooting index increased by 32.65%,435.88% respectively,which is the optimal treatment.The results show that environmental factors can affect the survival rate of cuttings,and the external environment can be controlled to increase the survival rate of feijoa cuttings in production;the physical and chemical properties of cutting treatments can be changed,which affects the survival rate of cuttings.Appropriate treatments can increase the survival rate. |
