| The combination of aquatic plants and aquatic animals is a kind of ecological farming models.Cyprinus carpio haematoperus is one of the important freshwater economic fishes with delicious taste,high reproduction rate and strong resistance to adverse conditions.It is a famous and high-quality farmed fish with broad development prospects.In recent years,with the increase in demand for aquatic products and the pollution of the farming environment,the germplasm resources of the C.carpio haematoperus are worrying.Therefore,the study of different types and densities of submerged macrophytes is of great value to the changes in the cultured water body in the comprehensive cultivation model of C.carpio haematoperus,the living conditions and nutritional quality of C.carpio haematoperus,and the growth of submerged macrophytes.In this study,Ceratophyllum demersum,Potamogeton pectinatus and C.carpio haematoperus were applied to the cultivation bucket.In the process of aquaculture water exchange,monitor the changes in the water quality indicators of the aquaculture water;at the same time,measure the morphological indicators and nutritional quality of C.carpio haematoperus and the growth and survival of submerged macrophytes,which is the sustainable development of C.carpio haematoperus farming industry.The main results were as follows:(1)In this study,C.carpio haematoperus was used as the breeding object to explore the normal density,high density,single species or mixed of C.demersum,P.pectinatus or mixed planted changes in the aquaculture waters in 9 eco-planting and farming models(control-F,MC+F,MP+F,MCP+F,MCP,HMC+F,HMP+F,HMCP+F,HMCP),the water quality of without C.carpio haematoperus models.The NO3--N concentration of HMP+F model was significantly higher than that of MCP and HMCP models(P<0.05).The NO2--N concentration of MCP model was significantly higher than that of MCP+F model(P<0.05),MC+F model NO2--N concentration of MP+F model was significantly higher than that of MCP+F model(P<0.05).Compared with F model,the NO2--N concentration of HMC+F model,HMP+F model and HMCP+F model was higher(P<0.05).According to“Freshwater aquaculture tail water discharge requirements”,the water quality of all the 9 models reached the first-level standard.On the basis of the“Environmental quality standard for surface water”,as for the TN concentration,all the 9 models belong to are class III or below,whereas the DO,CODMn,BOD5,TAN and TP concentrations,they should be categorized into class III or above in all the 9 models.According to the“comprehensive nutrition state index method”,the water quality of all the 9 models was at the level of mesotrophic or oligotrophication status.(2)This experiment studied the effects of submerged macrophytes in 7 eco-planting and farming models on the growth and nutritional quality of C.carpio haematoperus.The maximum length of C.carpio haematoperus in the HMP+F model(8.82±0.12 cm)was significantly higher than that of the MP+F model(8.22±0.10 cm).The average weight of the HMP+F model was the largest(9.42±0.37 g)and was significantly higher than that of MP+F model(7.50±0.30 g).HMP+F model has the highest survival rate.There is no significant difference in shell mass ratio among all models.The HIS of the F model was higher than that of the other model;the SI of the HMCP+F model was higher than that of the other models.From the point of view of total amino acid content,total essential amino acid content and total semi-essential amino acid content,the amino acids of the yellow river carp in the HMC+F model were significantly higher than those in the F model(P<0.05),and the methionine in the MC+F and HMC+F models The content was significantly higher than that in the MCP+F,HMP+F,HMCP+F and F models(P<0.05).From the point of view of fatty acid content,the total saturated fatty acid content of C.carpio haematoperus was the lowest in the HMC+F model(32.77±1.87)%,the MC+F model had the highest total monounsaturated fatty acid content(11.61±1.17)%,and the HMP+F model had the highest total polyunsaturated fatty acid content(55.18±2.87)%.(3)This experiment compared the effects of C.carpio haematoperus on submerged macrophytes in 8eco-planting and farming models.The biomass of the HMCP model was the highest,followed by the MCPmodel,and finally the MP+F model.At the same time,the three models had the highest biomass at the end of the experiment.Compared with the initial biomass of the experiment,the biomass of the rest of the models are all that the biomass of the end of the experiment is lower than the initial biomass of the experiment,the comparison of the viability of each model composition:MCP>MC+F,HMCP>MCP+F>HMC+F>HMCP+F>HMP+F>MP+F.By comparing the respective biomass of C.demersum and P.pectinatus in normal density or high-density mixed planting,the total said that,C.carpio haematoperus has greater impact on the prickly pear weed than C.demersum. |
