| Marine ranching is a sustainable production mode developed in recent years,aiming at the development of marine economy,which accelerates the development of marine ranching to environmental protection,high efficiency and ecology.In order to effectively use and manage marine resources,accurately monitor the marine environment and reasonably develop marine resources,the intelligent buoy for marine ranching is particularly important.Ocean buoy has the advantages of miniaturization,low cost and less interference to hydrological information.However,in addition to the design functions,ocean buoy also needs to consider the buoy volume and its own energy consumption.These factors limit the buoy’s own function and development,and directly affect the buoy’s information collection and communication performance.In order to design a low-power and miniaturized ocean buoy,we use the low-power management of the buoy control system,and send the information collected by the buoy to the satellite through the communication module,and then transfer the information to the ground center station to complete the whole process of ocean parameters collection and transmission.This paper presents the buoyancy drive control technology based on high-pressure hydraulic pump and buoyancy drive control technology based on oil bladder buoyancy regulation.Aiming at the research of buoyancy drive control efficiency,the optimization method of pressure tank characteristic parameters with the goal of reducing power consumption and improving regulation accuracy,the optimization configuration of buoyancy regulation device characteristic parameters is realized,which is based on the buoy buoyancy regulation module of 4000 m sea depth The key technology of low power consumption and miniaturization of the buoyancy adjusting device is mainly solved.To realize the miniaturization of the ocean buoy under the large mediation capacity.This paper designs a low-power management system of buoy power supply,and proposes a low-power water depth control method based on buoy kinematics model.According to the balance of sea water density,temperature and buoyancy at the hovering depth,the volume of external oil sac can be calculated.On this basis,the optimal energy consumption motion strategy is obtained.Compared with the double closed-loop fuzzy PID and rbf-pid,the energy consumption of this algorithm is far less than other methods.At the same time,it is tested on the hardware in the loop simulation system to prove the feasibility of this method.In this paper,Beidou satellite communication system is used for the ocean ranch intelligent buoy,which can make the ocean ranch intelligent buoy accurate positioning,accurate timing,and reliable half duplex communication.Even in the harsh marine environment,the buoy can maintain the stability of the transmission signal in the process of satellite to satellite communication,and solve the data loss phenomenon in the process of data transmission.Furthermore,the communication agreement in the harsh marine environment is designed,which improves the stability of the buoy’s satellite to satellite communication on the sea.The design of a 4000 meter deep-sea intelligent buoy for marine ranch provides first-hand information and valuable experience for China’s construction of marine ranch and the development of marine resource utilization to the deep and distant sea. |
