| With the continuous development of society,people pay more and more attention to the quality and economic value of fruits.As a result,bagging technology has been widely used.However,bagging young fruits requires a lot of manpower.The research design can effectively solve the problem of labor shortage caused by bagging of young fruits.The thesis mainly focuses on the research on fruits that account for a large proportion of the fruit industry in my country with little difference in shape,such as apples,citrus,etc.,and designs a new type of hand-held young fruit bagging machine.The whole machine mainly includes four major working processes: bag dividing process,bag delivery process,bag holding process and bag sealing process.The overall design of the hand held young fruit bagging machine is divided into three modules: actuator,power system and control system.The main research content of the paper is as follows :(1)After full retrieval and comprehensive analysis of literature,it is determined that the fruit bag material used is paper fruit bag.The four major functions of the bagging machine are:paper bag separation,paper bag conveying,paper bag holding and paper bag sealing.Among them,the paper bag separation,paper bag conveying and paper bag holding functions are completed by three sets of rollers.The paper has improved the traditional fruit bag storage form,from a single stacked paper bag to a fruit bag roll form.The fruit bags are continuously sent out individually,and the separation is completed by the cooperation of two types of rollers,which avoids jams during the bag separation process and improves the reliability of the bagging machine.(2)According to the principle of staple less stapler proposed by Japan,the bag sealing mechanism is designed and connected with other functional mechanisms to form the overall actuator of the hand-held young fruit bagging machine,and the whole machine is implemented using Solid Works software.Three-dimensional design.It has been verified that this design can simplify the mechanical structure of the whole machine and reduce the quality of the whole machine.(3)Use ANSYS Work Bench to perform fluid-solid coupling analysis on the designed functional roller;perform static analysis and modal analysis on the overall frame;perform static analysis on the bag sealing mechanism.Through analysis,the overall mechanism design is verified,and a machine with high feasibility is obtained.(4)The paper designs the power system of the bagging machine,which uses a stepper motor to accurately control the actuator;designs the control system of the bagging machine,and designs the hardware circuit based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer,and uses keil5 software for software programming.Through multiple program debugging,the control system of the bagging machine meets the requirements of this project. |
