Cultivated land has always been the most valuable resource and asset in China.However,the proportion of cultivated land per capita is not high,the quality of cultivated land is generally low,the reserve of cultivated land is seriously insufficient,the performance of cultivated land protection is low,and the awareness of cultivated land protection is not strong and other problems still need to be solved urgently.Jingbian county,located in the southwest of yulin city,shaanxi province,has large cultivated land area,more cultivated land per capita and abundant cultivated land reserve resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out precise and scientific management in dividing cultivated land protection zones to maintain cultivated land quantity,improve cultivated land quality,optimize ecological environment and promote ecological civilization construction in jingbian county.In this paper,jingbian county is taken as the research area and cultivated land protection zones are divided based on spatial autocorrelation method.Firstly,based on the updated results of cultivated land quality in jingbian county in 2017,the spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land quality natural index,utilization index and economic index were analyzed based on the natural conditions,utilization and economic level of cultivated land.Secondly,the global spatial autocorrelation method is used to analyze the global autocorrelation characteristics of cultivated land quality index in jingbian county at different scales,and the similarities and differences of global autocorrelation characteristics at different scales are compared and analyzed.Then,the method of local spatial autocorrelation analysis was used to analyze jingbian county at the village scale,and the results of spatial agglomeration type were counted.Finally,farmland protection zones are divided based on spatial agglomeration types,and differentiated protection measures are proposed for different types of protection zones.The results show:(1)The overall level of cultivated land quality in Jingbian County is relatively low,and thespatial distribution characteristics generally show the characteristics of "high northwest and low southeast".Among them,the high natural quality of cultivated land is mainly distributed in the western region of Jingbian County,and the low quality is mainly distributed in the central region;the high quality quality is mostly distributed in the northern region,and the low quality is concentrated in the southern region;the high economic quality is distributed in In the northern region,the lower classes are concentrated in the central region.(2)At different scales,the global Moran ’s I value of cultivated land quality in Jingbian County varies greatly.As the research scale becomes smaller,the higher the spatial autocorrelation of the cultivated land quality index,the higher the fluctuation range;at the same scale,the Moran ’s I values of the cultivated land quality indexes of Jingbian County are less different.The spatial autocorrelation of the economic and other indexes at the township scale is the worst,and the natural and other indexes are the strongest.At the village level,the economic autocorrelation has the strongest spatial autocorrelation and the worst natural autocorrelation.(3)The local spatial autocorrelation of cultivated land quality presents the characteristics of "cluster cluster distribution",and the spatial clustering is strong.The "not significant" type is concentrated in the central area of Jingbian County;the "high-high" type is mainly distributed in the northern region;the "low-low" type is in the southern region;"high-low" and "low-high" The clusters are scattered sporadically in the western and eastern regions.(4)Based on 14 types of local spatial autocorrelation combination types,the core protected areas,key improvement areas,comprehensive improvement areas,and moderate adjustment areas are divided into four first-class cultivated land protection areas and nine second-level protected areas.At the same time,differentiated and precise protection measures are formulated based on the division results.
