Study On The Rapid Propagation And Supporting Cultivation Techniques Of Melaleuca Alternifolia In Shaowu City

As an exotic plant with high value,Melaleuca alternifolia can be cultivated to increase the incomes of local farmers and local government.At present,Melaleuca alternifolia can be cultivated successfully in a number of provinces in China.Due to the different varieties and ecological factors,plant adaptability of Melaleuca alternifolia are different in different regions during the cultivation,which need to be studied.In this paper,Melaleuca alternifolia was studied by Individual selecting,the tissue culture formula optimizing of fast propagation technique,relating cultivation techniques in Shaowu city,Fujian province.The main results are as follows:1.There are six excellent annual plants and fifteen dominant annual trees,three excellent biennial plants and nine dominant biennial trees were selected out.The results showed that the oil components of the excellent plants were better than that of the dominant trees.There was no significant difference between the different excellent plants.2.The tissue culture and rapid propagation of the selected plants are conducted to investigate the effects of the different plant growth regulator,inducers and culture medium on the induction of buds and roots,and to conduct.The results shows that6-BA(1.0 mg/L)+NAA(0.10 mg/L)+GA3(0.05 mg/L)+HUABAO NO.1(1.5g/L)is the best medium for bud induction,6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.05 mg/L)+GA3(0.05 mg/L)+ HUABAO NO.1(1.5 g/L)is the best medium for bud elongation.The best medium for rooting induction is 1/4 MS+NAA(0.02 mg/L)+ABT-1(0.4mg/L)+ HUABAO NO.1(0.7 g/L).The best medium for inducing average rooting number of seedlings is MS+NAA(0.02 mg/L)+ABT-1(0.2 mg/L)+ HUABAO NO.1(0.7 g/L).The best medium for root elongation induction is MS+NAA(0.02 mg/L)+ABT-1(0.1 mg/L)+ HUABAO NO.1(0.5 g/L).3.In this paper,the cultivation techniques which including seedling substrate,planting density,topping,fertilizer application and irrigation are studied on the high yield of Melaleuca alternifolia.The results shows that the ratio of yellow soil,peat soil and perlite being 5:3:2 has the best effect on the growth of the seedlings.The planting density being 10500 plants per ha,topping,fertilization using 750 kg per ha and the irrigation treatment keeping the soil moist has the best effect on the growth and development of Melaleuca alternifolia.The comprehensive performance of itsheight,ground diameter,diameter at breast height,fresh weight,dry weight of above ground part,leaf dry weight,branch dry weight and other indicators was the best.Which was most conductive to improving the biomass accumulation,the yield and the economic performance of Melaleuca alternifolia plants cultivation.
