In recent years,facility agriculture has been favored by agricultural workers with the reduction of per capita land occupation and the environmental pollution.Plant factories are developing very rapidly as a highly developed agriculture.Light plays a decisive role in plant growth and development.Plant factories use pure artificial light sources and improve the yields and quality of agricultural products by controlling illumination environment.A scientific and practical plant light supplement system is designed by analyzing the existing light supplement technology in this paper.In this paper,the control strategy of plant light supplement system is designed and two modes of illumination mode are designed as the working mode of the system according to the three elements of light formula and expanding factors by studying light requirements of plants and using light formula as the core.The system realizes scientific control of light supply by using flowers and medicinal plants as the design objects of light formula,structures light formula library by My SQL software.The parameters of formula library can be adjusted according to the needs of users in order to improve the practicability and operability of the system.The light source module uses red,blue and green LED as light source according to the need of light formula.The light source module is established and tested by Trace-Pro,and then optimizing the space layout of LED light source module.The simulation results show that model uniformity of adjusting array spacing according to position is better than that of equidistant array model,then making light source module through optimized model.The system consists of the light compensation node,the main controller and the Android terminal.The light compensation node can test the intensity of LED with various wavelength,control the light intensity accurately by feedback regulation and realize the harmony between light and plant growth by supplementary lighting strategy.Designing corresponding communication protocol according to the requirement of the system to satisfy the data communication between each node.The system realizes the design of Android terminal control interface by MVC architecture.Test results show that the system can control the light environment accurately according to the requirement of light formula in static mode and adjust the intensity according to the change of environmental data in dynamic mode,which achieved the expected goal.The results also show that the systemcan realize data communication between nodes stably,the monitoring of light environment by Android terminal and the modification of light formula.The system has high practicability and the operation of the system is simple,which can meet the demand of precision and high efficiency light supplement in agriculture.
