| In the process of vegetable planting in solar greenhouse,plant protection pesticide application is often needed,and the application equipment and technology are seriously lagged behind.Among them,the height,density and structure of the hanging vine cultivation plants as well as the hanging rope and skeleton are affected.The application space of solar greenhouse is limited,and the existing application equipment is difficult to achieve a good application effect.In this paper,a kind of automatic spraying machine between rows of solar greenhouse is developed by referring to a large number of literatures.The machine runs along the path between the fields on the north wall of the solar greenhouse,and the spraying equipment can be expanded along the ridge of the plants and applied to the plants on both sides.By means of theoretical research,3D modeling analysis and experimental verification of processing and installation test prototype,the scheme design,key component design,control system design and experimental optimization of spraying parameters of automatic inter-row spraying machine for greenhouse crane crops were completed.1)The development status and existing problems of greenhouse pesticide application at home and abroad were analyzed by referring to the relevant literature of automatic spraying machine between the rows of crops hanging in solar greenhouse.It is ensured that the research on automatic application of plants in solar greenhouse accords with the actual situation of greenhouse application in China.2)According to the actual working environment and agricultural production demand of solar greenhouse,complete the overall scheme design of automatic spraying machine.Determines the chassis rail cars as transport device to drive the north wall of the telescopic spraying system along the greenhouse inter-row,telescopic spraying institutions along the ridge between the overall design scheme of telescopic spraying,respectively expounds the chassis rail cars,shear fork spray rod telescopic device work requirement and working principle of spraying system respectively using Solid Works drawing software rendering the car chassis,shear fork spray rod telescopic spraying system structure diagram.3)on the rail car chassis design calculation,according to the greenhouse environment,applying pesticide hanging tendril crops had been asked to design the structure size of the chassis rail cars,determine the motion parameters and dynamic parameters of rail car chassis,completed the design of the chain and do to chassis rail car drive shaft is calculated,by Solid Works modeling,the use of ANSYS software of shear fork expansion mechanism has carried on the static stress analysis,to calculate the required spray system,completed the gear motor,rail wheel,fan-shaped spray nozzle,selection of pump and cabinet.4)The control system design of the spraying machine was completed according to the working process of the automatic spraying machine between the greenhouse crane crops.The function analysis and control requirements of the control system were analyzed,the hardware structure design of the control system was completed,the control flow of the automatic spraying machine between the greenhouse crane crops was determined,and the module structure of the control program was designed.5)The spraying parameters of the automatic spraying machine between the greenhouse crane crops were optimized.According to the relevant national standard test method,the spraying uniformity was taken as the test index,and the nozzle spacing and spraying Angle were taken as the test factors,the two-dimension quadratic regression test of spraying system was carried out.The optimal spraying parameters were determined and the spraying system of automatic spraying machine was optimized. |
