| As a small berry,strawberry has bright color,rich flavor,rich in various nutrients,short production cycle and high benefit.It has been widely planted in recent years.Yield and quality are two important factors that affect production efficiency.The ‘Yanli’ strawberry is an excellent new strawberry variety bred by Shenyang Agricultural University,but its yield and quality have changed greatly under the forcing cultivation conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the high-yield and highquality cultivation technology system of ‘Yanli’ strawberry.In this study,’Yanli’ strawberry is the experiment material.Under the forcing cultivation mode in the solar greenhouse,we explored the effects of substances that promote root development,fruit thinning,planting period and light supplementation on strawberry plant growth,yield and fruit quality.The main test results are as follows :1.In the process of strawberry field seedling propagation,after using substances that promote root development(ABT1,ABT3,GGR6,potassium fulvic acid,fish protein fertilizer diluted 300 times and 500 times),the growth of strawberry plants can be obtained to a certain extent The promotion.From the 15 th day of the treatment,the plant height of the strawberry plants began to show a difference.Among them,the plants treated with the diluted 500 times fish protein fertilizer on the 45 th day of the treatment reached the maximum value,an increase of about 13.9% compared with the control.After using the substance that promotes root development,the stem diameter also showed a difference.After the 45 th day of treatment,the stem diameter of the plants treated with ABT3 reached the maximum,an increase of about 13.3% compared with the control.The use of substances that promote root development did not significantly change the number of leaves on the plant.2.In the process of forcing cultivation in the strawberry solar greenhouse,the use of substances that promote root development(self-mixed rooting agent,ABT3,GGR6,fulvic acid,diluted 500 times fish protein fertilizer)has different degrees of botanical traits of strawberry plants.The promotion effect of this kind of promotion is not obvious in the early stage of growth,and it shows the advantage in the later stage.Among them,the plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves and crown diameter of plants treated with self-mixed rooting agent(2mg/L NAA+3mg/L IBA)were significantly higher than the control.3.Randomly select 6 plants to calculate the yield per plant,and the use of substances that promote root development(self-mixing rooting agent,ABT3,GGR6,fulvic acid,diluted 500 times fish protein fertilizer)significantly increased the yield of greenhouse strawberries per plant,and the yield of plants treated with diluted 500 times fish protein fertilizer increased by 17.4% compared to the control.Statistics on the average fruit weight of all plants,due to different plant survival rates,total yields and fruit numbers are different,so that the increase in average fruit weight is not consistent with the yield,and the average fruit weight increased by 26.9%.At the same time,the quality of the fruit has also been improved,and the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C has increased significantly.In general,the fruit quality of plants treated with diluted 500 times fish protein fertilizer was better.4.Fruit thinning has an impact on the growth of strawberry plants.The stem diameter,number of leaves and the leaves area of the plant with the treatment of remaining 3 fruits are higher than the control and the treatment of remaining 5 fruits,but the plant height,petiole length and crown diameter of the plant with the treatment of remaining 5 fruits are higher than the the control and the treatment of remaining 3 fruits.On the whole,the growth of the plants remaining 3 fruits was better,but the difference was not significant.After the fruit thinning treatment,the average fruit weight increased,and the total yield of the treatment with remaining 3 fruit increased.At the same time,the fruit thinning improves the quality of the fruit,and the content of soluble solids,soluble sugar and vitamin C in the fruit is significantly increased.On the whole,the quality of the processed fruits is the best when the 3 fruits are retained.5.With the delay of the planting period,the total yield of strawberry plants showed a downward trend,and the number of fruits decreased,so did the yield per plant and the number of fruits per plant.The fruits harvested in January and February are larger,and the average fruit weight of the plants planted from mid-September to mid-October is larger.Generally speaking,it is most suitable for planting from mid-September to mid-October.6.In winter,red and blue LED lights were used to supplement light.In the green fruit period,the plant height and stem diameter of the treated plants were significantly higher than the control.The total yield and average fruit weight of strawberries under supplemental light treatment increased by 26.0% and 25.96% respectively,which were significantly higher than the control.From the aspect of quality,the content of soluble solids,soluble sugar and vitamin C in the fruits increased significantly after the plant was treated with supplementary light. |
