Study On The Development Status And Strategy Of Beef Cattle Industry In Du’an Yao Autonomous County

In recent years,with the promotion of beef cattle industry in Du’an Yao Autonomous County,some achievements have been made in the development of " loan cattle to cattle",which has helped many poor households to increase their income and get rid of poverty.However,in the development process of its beef cattle industry,there are some problems to be solved urgently,so it is necessary to analyze and study the beef cattle industry.So mathematical statistics,field investigation and literature research methods was used to carry out in-depth research on the current beef cattle industry in Du’an county.The research background,significance,research status of the subject at home and abroad were first described,and the current situation of beef cattle breeding in Du’an County was analyzed,including the proportion of beef cattle industry,breeding scale,breed,distribution of farmers,etc.,and the poverty alleviation status of Du’an County was introduced from the aspects of development scale,distribution,integration of funds and driving industrial development,and it was discussed by the current situation of beef cattle slaughtering,processing and circulation in Du’an County.At the same time,it was also found out the problems faced by current Du’an County cattle industry development and analyzed its causes and influencing factors.Finally the strategies was proposed to solve these problems.It turned out that the beef cattle breeds in Du’an yao Autonomous County were mainly three high-quality beef cattle breeds: Buffalo,Yellow cattle,and improved cattle,of which improved cattle account for the largest proportion;The output of beef cattle industry and the proportion of the output of all kinds of meat products increased year by year.The "loan cattle to cattle" industry began to take effect in poverty alleviation.In recent years,the development scale of "loan cattle to cattle" gradually expanded.Beef cattle slaughtering,processing and circulation gradually enhanced,beef and beef products gradually diversified product structure,more extensive sales range and more diverse channels.The results showed that the beef cattle industry in Du’an county,especially the "loan cattle to cattle",was developing well,and that making farmers,enterprises and the government profitable,which were explored a new model of industrial poverty alleviation.However,there were still some problems in its development,including the substantial reduction of farmers,the imbalance of breeding structure,the low level of labor culture,the low level of development of beef cattle product processing industry,the increased cost of breeding year by year,the backward production mode and the fluctuating price of beef products.The reasons for this were the change of breeding environment,the lag of breeded technology,the low income,the technical problems in slaughter and processing links,the backward supported facilities in rural areas,the unsound related policies and measures,the great market competition pressure and the shrinking development space.Aiming at the problems of beef cattle industry in combination with the practical situation of Du’an county,from raised capital and policy support,to ensure food safety,to establish "Dayaoshan cow" brand,to strengthen the beef cattle disease prevention and control work,to strengthen the business guidance,to improve the supply of feed system,actively to foster the subject of management,and to promote the reform of supply side level proposed the Du’an county cattle industry development countermeasure,which offers some references for the development of Du’an county beef cattle industry.
