Drought stress has become one of the important factors restricting the sugarcane industry in China.At present,The increasing severity of global warming,and the degree of drought stress deepens year by year.At present,there are few studies on how the sugarcane rhizosphere soil environment exerts drought stress.Therefore,it is necessary to study soil nutrient,enzyme activity and microbial community in response to water deficit under drought stress in sugarcane rhizosphere soil environment,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving sugarcane drought tolerance in Guangxi,and provide theoretical support for the construction of efficient and sustainable technology system of sugarcane drought resistance.In this study,pot experiment was used to measure the changes of nutrients,enzyme activities and microorganisms in rhizosphere soil of four sugarcane varieties GT21,GT31,GT42 and YT93159 under drought stress,and the results showed that these three indexes of soil were significantly different.Rhizosphere soil total carbon,total nitrogen,available phosphorus content under drought stress were happened,through the variance analysis results indicate that the GT21 total nitrogen and available phosphorus content dropped significantly,total carbon and total nitrogen content of GT31 dropped significantly,GT42 all nutrient index decline after drought stress difference was not significant,YT93159 all nutrient indexes fell significantly.Rhizosphere soil urease,catalase,acid phosphatase and acid protease content under drought stress were happened down,through the variance analysis results show that the varieties under drought stress sugarcane rhizosphere soil catalase and acid phosphatase levels have dropped significantly,rhizosphere urease content under drought stress only 31 cassia sugar not declined significantly,rhizosphere soil acid protease content under drought stress only GT21 and GT31 dropped significantly.The rhizosphere microbial community also decreased under drought stress.The main difference between the two sugarcane varieties,YT and GT sugar,in the phylum level was Firmicutes and in the class level was Bacteroidetes.In the rhizosphere Chao1 index of sugarcane varieties under drought stress was sequenced as GT21 > GT31 > GT42 > YT93159,shannon index was sequenced as GT31 >GT21 > GT42 > YT93159.LEf Se analysis Under the stress of paper carving drought,there were significant differences in the rhizosphere soil microorganisms of sugarcane varieties,and there were significant biological correlations among the microorganisms.
