| In this experiment, the two commonly used herbicides in corn fields,Mesotrione and Nicosulfuron, were used to study the lowest effective control dose of weeds.Five different treatment doses were set for the two pesticides for field application. The control effects of the two herbicides were obtained through the investigation and calculation of the two herbicides. At the same time, corns at different growth periods were collected, and the final residues and digestion data of the two herbicides were obtained by the analysis method of residue detection, and the residual digestion law of the two herbicides was further obtained. And test the yield of the test field after the corn matures. In the end,the best field control effects of the two herbicides were selected as the main selection criteria, and the residues of the two herbicides in the corn were verified to achieve the best control effects while also meeting the domestic pesticide residue limit standards.Based on this, the lowest effective control doses of two herbicides to weeds in corn fields were screened out.The results of the study are as follows:1.The minimum effective control dose of 15%Mesotrione SC is 146.3 g a.i./hm~2.Different doses of corn field weeds are significantly different,at 146.3 g a.i./hm~2treatment dose, the control effect of corn field weeds 30 days after application, the control effect on the total weeds was 88.8%,and the total fresh weight control effect was 89.6%,and the control effect was the best. And at this treatment dose, the target area residues showed that:at the treatment dose of 146.3 g a.i./hm~2had higher residues on the upper and lower leaves, followed by the middle leaves, and the lowest residues on the roots, but as time goes by,the residual amount gradually decreases, and the digestion rate reaches more than 90%in 3 days. After 3 days, the residual amount is lower than the minimum detection concentration, and the residual amount reaches the domestic pesticide residue limit standard. At the same time,at the treatment dose of 146.3 g a.i./hm~2,the increase in yield and yield is the highest, with an increase of 250kg per hectare and an increase rate of 4.6%.146.3 g a.i./hm~2is the lowest effective control dose of 15%Mesotrione SC.2.The minimum effective control dose of 60 g/L Nicosulfuron OD is 59.4 g a.i./hm~2.There are significant differences in the field control effect of 60 g/L Nicosulfuron OD agent on corn field weeds under different doses.59.4 g a.i./hm~2under the treatment dosage, the control effect of weeds in corn field was 88.5%on the total weeds and 88.3%of the total fresh weight 30 days after the application. And the residual amount in the target area at this concentration showed that:agent had a higher residual amount in the upper and lower leaves at a treatment concentration of 59.4 g a.i./hm~2,followed by the middle leaves, and the roots. The amount is the lowest, but the residual amount gradually decreases over time. The digestion rate of 3 days is above 90%.After 3 days, the residual amount is lower than the minimum detection concentration, and the residual amount reaches the domestic pesticide residue limit standard. At the same time,it is 59.4 g a.i./hm~2the yield increase and yield increase rate were the highest under the treatment dose, the yield increase was 240kg per hectare, and the yield increase rate was 4.7%,59.4 g a.i./hm~2is the lowest effective control dose of 60 g/L Nicosulfuron OD. |
