In this study,the soluble powder of silver yellow was used as the research object to explore its antibacterial effect on Streptococcus suis in vitro through the bacteriostatic test in vitro,and the bacteriostatic mechanism was revealed by the methods of growth curve drawing,protein determination,electron microscope observation,etc.;then,the soluble powder of silver yellow was explored by inoculating resistant Streptococcus on rats,observing the collected samples,blood routine test and other indicators In order to evaluate the effect of silver yellow soluble powder on the performance of lactating sows,we added silver yellow soluble powder and astragalus polysaccharide powder to the basic diet of lactating sows.Five strains of Streptococcus suis were divided into clinical isolates,one of which was sensitive to common drugs and one of which was resistant to common drugs.The code was as follows: using Oxford cup method to carry out in vitro bacteriostatic tests on the selected sensitive bacteria,resistant bacteria and standard bacteria,each of which had three repetitions,and screened out the best drug concentration of each bacteria;test 2: take 0 and 1times of MIC of standard bacteria and sensitive bacteria respectively,and resistant to drugs The growth curves of 8 groups were drawn at 0,1 / 4,1 / 2 and 1 times of MIC.OD value was measured at 600 nm every 1.5 h with enzyme scale.The actual OD value was calculated according to the measured OD value,and then the growth curves of three kinds of bacteria were drawn.The OD values of ALB and AKP were measured respectively at the 11 th h of growth curve measurement,and observed by electron microscope at the 14 th H Observe.The results showed that: two strains of Streptococcus were isolated from five clinical strains,and the best drug concentration of each strain was 800 mg / ml after the in vitro antibacterial test by Oxford cup method;the MIC of Streptococcus(1),Streptococcus(4)and standard bacteria were 25 mg / ml,25 mg / ml and 12.5 mg / ml,respectively,and the MBC was 50 mg/ ml,25 mg / ml and 12.5 mg / ml;with the passage of time,the OD value of each strain increased,and the drug concentration increased The higher the concentration is,the stronger the delaying effect on the growth of bacteria is;in Streptococcus(1)and standard bacteria,the addition of liquid medicine can increase ALB and AKP,the highest ALB and AKP content of Streptococcus(4)in 12.5mg/ml liquid medicine,and the lowest in 6.25mg/ml liquidmedicine;the electron micrograph shows that the boundary of bacteria without adding medicine is clear and the individual is independent,while the bacterial membrane with adding medicine breaks,losing its original shape,bacteria With the increase of drug concentration,the more serious the damage of cell membrane was.At 12.5 mg / ml,the most obvious inhibition effect of Streptococcus(4)was found.It can be seen that the silver yellow soluble powder can inhibit the resistance of Streptococcus suis.One of the ways of action is to damage the cell membrane of bacteria.The lowest effective concentration of drug solution is12.5 mg / ml.To study the effect of Yinhuang soluble powder on prevention and treatment of Streptococcus infection in laboratory in rats: the experiment was divided into three groups:blank control group,Yinhuang soluble powder group and Qingwen Jiedu oral liquid group.Each group consisted of 20 SD rats with similar weight.After 7 days of continuous administration,streptococcus was inoculated by nose drop,and then the rats were killed on the 6th day after inoculation,and the clinical symptoms and tissue section were observed Blood routine examination and serum biochemical indexes were measured.The results showed that there was no abnormal expression in the 2-3 days after infection in each group,and the clinical symptoms of Streptococcosis appeared from the 4th day;in the comparison of the lung lesion intensity in each group,there was significant difference between the silver yellow soluble powder group and the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the silver yellow soluble powder group and the Qingwen Jiedu oral liquid group(P > 0.05);Blood Routine Indexes(WBC,HCT)in each test group There was significant difference between PLT)and control group(P < 0.05);there was significant infection.The effect of silver yellow soluble powder on sows’ production and common antibodies was observed.In this experiment,there were four groups: group A(blank control),group B(silver yellow soluble powder),group C(Astragalus polysaccharide powder)and group D(silver yellow soluble powder + astragalus polysaccharide powder).Each group had 20 two way crossbred sows.After delivery,they were fed on the basis of basic diet.The trial period was 21 days.The piglets were fed normally and weaned at 21 days.During the experiment,observe the daily state of lactating sows and piglets,take the uterine secretion of sick sows after delivery,smear the slides and dye,and inoculate it in blood agar medium and serumbroth medium to identify the pathogen;after the experiment,count the survival rate of weaning,the average weight of weaning nest and weaning weight of piglets in each group,and record the feeding and weight change of sows Chemical,estrus and vaginal secretions.In addition,10 sows were randomly selected from each group.Blood was collected from the anterior vena cava on the 1st,11 th and 21 st day after delivery.The antibody values of CSFV and PRRSV were detected by ELISA.The results showed that after the delivery of sows,the placenta was discharged normally,and the secretion of uterus began to be discharged from the third day after delivery.It was identified that there was Streptococcus suis,but the growth of piglets was good,and no severe disease occurred.The survival rate of weaning group B was the lowest,92.66%,group C was the highest,97.93%,group A and D were 95.03% and96.83%,respectively Group A was significantly lower than other groups(P,Group A and group B were significantly higher than group C and group D(P < 0.05).The oestrus rate of group A was the lowest(70%),group C was the highest(100%),group B and group D were all 90%;the CSFV antibody index of each experimental group was not significantly different in the first and second detection(P > 0.05),but by the third detection(P > 0.05)The PRRSV antibody index in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P < 0.05).It can be seen that adding silver yellow soluble powder,astragalus polysaccharide powder or two kinds of drugs to the basic diet of the experimental group can reduce the probability of endometritis caused by Streptococcosis in the reproductive tract of sows,and can enhance the performance of lactating sows,improve weaning weight of piglets;in addition,adding silver yellow soluble powder and astragalus polysaccharide powder at the same time can significantly improve The antibody levels of CSFV and PRRSV in the serum of high lactating sows preliminarily confirmed that adding silver yellow soluble powder to the basic diet during the lactation of sows is a safe,effective and non anti health care way,which can improve the health status of sows and enhance their production performance.Silver Yellow soluble powder can inhibit Streptococcus suis,destroy its cell membrane is one of the ways to play the inhibitory effect,has a good prevention and control effect on the infection of Streptococcus suis,and can improve the situation of endometritis caused by Streptococcus suis infection in lactating sows and the level of swine fever and blue ear antibody.
