With the rapid development of grape industry,grape planting industry has become one of the characteristic agricultural pillar industries in Ningxia,and it is also one of the main channels for local farmers to shake off poverty and become rich.Due to the strong winter wind and low temperature in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia,the operation of burying vines has become one of the indispensable links in the process of grape planting.The main purpose of burying vines is to prevent grapevines from freezing to death or air-drying.The quality of burying vines directly determines the quality and yield of grapes in the coming year.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of grape planting scale,growers are eager to realize the mechanization of hilling operation.At present,most of the popularized hilling machines can be used in loam,but the ploughing grape hilling machine is commonly used in sandy soil,which has the problems of low crushing rate and limited throwing distance.Based on the investigation of the agronomic requirements of grape vine burying in Ningxia and the research status of the vine burying machine popularized in Ningxia,and combined with the actual working environment,a vibrating grape vine burying machine was developed.it adopts the design principle of "shovel soil extraction+longitudinal transportation+horizontal throwing",which can realize the operation of burying vines at one time.The main research contents and results of this topic are as follows.(1)the overall structure scheme design.The vibrating grape hilling machine is mainly composed of frame,digging shovel,soil crushing shaft,soil rotation shaft,conveyor belt,roller and conveyor frame,etc.The use of SOLIDWORKS modeling software for each part selection,design and virtual assembly of the whole machine.Including the design of the transmission system,through the measurement of the soil natural frequency,the vibration frequency of the digging shovel can be determined,and then the rotational speed of the soil rotation shaft(power shaft)can be determined,and its value is 992r/min.(2)the design of key components.The vibrating grape hilling machine is mainly composed of digging device and conveying device,which designs and calculates the digging shovel,crushing shaft and rotary shaft in the digging device,and selects the conveying device and determines the related parameters.(3)Kinematic analysis of digging device.Through the analysis of the working principle of the digging device,the closed vector polygon is established,and the vector equation is established,and the vector equations of the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the shovel tip are solved respectively,which establishes the theoretical foundation for the later kinematics simulation.ADAMS software is used to simulate and analyze the trajectory law of digging shovel under static state and moving state,and the motion law of digging shovel tip under different rotational speed.(4)structure optimization and modal analysis of digging shovel.By using bionics to take the mole cricket forefoot claw toe as a bionic object,and fitting its internal and external contour curve,the bionic structure of the digging shovel is optimized.The EDEM simulation structure shows that the excavating resistance of the optimized shovel is 13.47%lower than that before optimization;through modal analysis,it is known that the driving frequency of the digging shovel is not within the natural frequency range of the digging shovel,so it will not cause resonance and ensure the reliability of the machine.(5)trial-manufacture of prototype and field experiment were carried out.After the manufacture of the prototype is completed,the field experiment is carried out,and the test results show that the soil quantity of the vibrating grape hilling machine is 0.2574m3,the soil crushing rate is 90.83%,and the throwing distance is 156.2cm.all the performance indexes meet the requirements of the local standards in Ningxia.The machine has the advantages of long throwing distance,high crushing rate and high quality of burying vines,which meets the agronomic requirements.
