| Red Fuji apple ’ Changfu 2’ was sprayed with 125、250、375、500 mg/L prohexadione calcium once、twice and three times at full bloom stage,physiological fruit drop stage and fruit enlargement stage,respectively.The effects of prohexadione calcium treatments at different periods,concentrations and times on shoot growth,leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness,leaf area,chlorophyll content,leaf number,shoot diameter and fruit quality of Fuji apple were analyzed.The results show that:(1)After a single spraying concentration of 125 mg/L to 500 mg/L of prohexadione calcium,the shoot growth of different concentrations decreased by 21.06%、46.69%、53.72%、44.53%,respectively,compared with the control,there was a significant difference.The shoot growth of higher concentration treatment was significantly smaller than that of lower concentration treatment,but when the concentration was greater than 250 mg/L,the shoot growth difference between each treatment was not significant.There was no significant difference in leaf characteristics between the treatments with different concentrations and the control;The fruit color was significantly better than the control when the concentration was higher than 250 mg/L,but there was no significant difference in other fruit quality under different concentrations.Comprehensive analysis of the treatment results and combined with the use cost,spraying prohexadione calcium concentration of 250 mg/L is the preferred treatment.(2)After spraying 250 mg/L prohexadione calcium once、twice and three times,the shoot growth was reduced by 44.25%、46.69%and 59.63%compared with the control,respectively,with significant differences,but there was no significant difference between different treatments.After spraying once,there were differences in the growth of apple shoots in the early stage,but there was no significant difference in the growth of apple shoots between different concentrations in the later stage.After spraying prohexadione calcium twice and three times,the inhibitory effect on shoot growth was prolonged;There was no significant difference in leaf characteristics between the treatment and the control after spraying prohexadione calcium once,twice and three times.The fruit color of the treatment with concentration greater than 250 mg/L was significantly better than that of the control,while there was no significant difference in other fruit quality among different treatments.Comprehensive effect and cost,choose spraying 250 mg/L prohexadione calcium once treatment as the preferred treatment.(3)After spraying prohexadione calcium in different periods,there were significant differences in shoot growth between different concentrations and control.Spraying 250 mg/L prohexadione calcium once at full-bloom stage,physiological fruit drop stage and fruit the shoot growth by 46.82%、37.14%and 29.57%,respectively,compared with the control.The shoot growth at full flowering stage was more obvious than that at physiological fruit drop stage and fruit enlargement stage. |
