According to the occurrence dynamic law of cottonleaf mite,Through the main basis of fertilization,Exploring different fertilizer of cotton growth and development,the influence of the Control rate of cotton mite and Cotton production,and determined the best cotton fertilization time,improve cotton plant immunity and soil nutrient content,reduce chemical fertilizers and pesticides to the residual soil,improve soil fertility,plant nutrients,protect the ecological environment and natural enemy species and soil environment,At the same time,it provides a reference basis for the control of cottonleaf mite and the increase of yield in the cotton planting area of southern Xinjiang.The experiment was conducted from 2017 to 2019 in Qilang Township,Keping County,Aksu Prefecture.Cotton special drip irrigation fertilizer(DIF),potassium dihydrogen phosphate + urea(KDP+U),potassium dihydrogen phosphate +complex amino acid(KDP+CAA),complex biological fertilizer(CBF),trace elements(MES),matrine solvent(MS),acetylene mite(AP)and control(CK)were selected.The mortality of each plant before and after fertilization was calculated.Detect cotton yield,growth and development of related indexes.The conclusions are as follows:1.Compared with MS(matrine solvent),MES(trace element),KDP+CAA(potassium dihydrogen phosphate + complex amino acid)and CK(control),the control rate of mite in CBF(biological compound fertilizer)was 60.22%,50%,29% and 90.2% higher,respectively,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01),CBF treatment could protect ladybird population and control cotton mite.Compared with AP treatment,cotton mite population increased by 33%.The first ten days of July each year is the key period of cotton fertilization,and is also the best time to control cotton mite.2.Under foliar fertilization mode,Compared with MS,MES,AP,KDP+CAA and CK the Cotton boll number of CBF treatment increased by 16.05,9.29,4.83,3.80 and 20.77,with an increase range of 51.6% to 52.64%,which was of extremely significant difference(P<0.01),while there under drip irrigation mode,was no significant difference in CBF treatment compared with other treatments(p>0.05).Meanwhile,under foliar fertilization mode,CBF treatment could significantly prevent cotton boll shedding,which decreased 1.97 boll shedding compared with CK,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.The leaves of cotton treated with CBF remained green,and SPAD value increased by6.42-20.75% compared with other treatments,which was beneficial to increase the chlorophyll content.The leaf area increased by 8.35%-20.65%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with MS,MES,AP,KDP+CAA and CK,the actual seed cotton yield of CBF treatment respectively increased by 21%-34%,21.41%-33.53% and 19.25%-40.60% and the difference was significant(P<0.05).5.CBF treatments Compared with MS,DIF,KDP+U and CK treatments,soil organic matter content increased by 16.48-21.40% and 18.65%-32.05%;The total N content was8.47%,8.43% and 35.59%.The content of alkali-hydrolyzable N was 25.33%,14.92,18.19%and 34.23%;The total P content was 15.57%-23.77%,29.48%-37.82%;The available P was7.80-21.92%,11.38%-24.45%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).6.The soil p H value of CBF treatment was significantly lower than that of CK,KDP+U,DIF and MS treatment,which respectively decreased to 0.15,0.90,0.13 and 0.34 units.The soil conductance,respectively decreased by 16.96%-46.86%.The total salt content respectively decreased by 0.19 g/kg-0.22 g /kg and 0.1 g/kg-0.14 g /kg,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).In the course of this study,the application of compound biological fertilizer can control cottonopsis mite,improve soil nutrient content and cotton yield,promote growth and development,and protect natural enemies.It is of great significance to control cotton mite and maintain cotton harvest and ecological agriculture in desert oasis in cotton area.
