Aiming at the problem of urban residents’ domestic sewage recycling,this paper is based in Shapotou District,Zhongwei City,Ningxia,using six-year-old wolfberry "Ningqi No.7" and tomato "Shanghai 908F1" as experimental materials,through random block and orthogonal experiments,the system conducted research on the effects of irrigation water quality,irrigation quota,and fertilization on crop growth characteristics,yield and quality,and determined a scientific and effective water-saving irrigation and fertilization system for wolfberry and tomato,providing theoretical basis and technology for increasing production and quality of wolfberry and tomato guide.The main research results are as follows:(1)A randomized block experiment was used to study the effects of irrigation quota under regenerated drip irrigation on the growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of wolfberry.The results showed that:compared with the clear water control,the reclaimed water irrigation can effectively increase the branch length,chlorophyll content,and chlorophyll content of wolfberry.Photosynthesis,fresh fruit yield,flavonoids,β-carotene,betaine content and water and fertilizer use efficiency,reduce polysaccharide,total sugar and soluble sugar content;growth,photosynthesis,yield and partial fertilizer productivity of wolfberry and other indicators increase with the increase of irrigation quota.Comprehensive analysis shows that the suitable combination for water-saving and quality-increasing production of "Ningqi No.7" is reclaimed water irrigation with an irrigation quota of 3780m3/hm2.(2)Randomized block experiments were used to study the effects of different irrigation quotas and root growth space on the growth and yield of wolfberry under regenerative drip irrigation.The results show that root-limited cultivation hinders the growth and development,yield and water use efficiency of wolfberry;increase the irrigation quota.It can promote the growth and development of wolfberry and significantly increase the yield.Comprehensive analysis shows that the most suitable combination for the experiment is unlimited root growth space,reclaimed water irrigation and irrigation quota of 2835m3/hm2.(3)The orthogonal experiment was used to study the effects of water and fertilizer coupling on the growth and development,yield and quality of wolfberry under reclaimed drip irrigation,and the effects of various factors on the branch length,chlorophyll content,leaf area index,fresh fruit weight and yield of wolfberry were obtained.The order of the primary and secondary effects is irrigation quota W>fertilization amount F>irrigation water quality Q;the effects of various factors on the weight,yield and quality of fresh fruit reached a significant level,while the irrigation water quality has no significant effect on the growth of wolfberry;the three factors are the best combination is reclaimed water irrigation,irrigation quota of 3780m3/hm2 and nitrogen application of 1071kg/hm2,phosphorus application of 621kg/hm2 and potassium application of 234kg/hm2.The yield of wolfberry under this combination is 6310.97kg/hm2,and the water production efficiency is 1.60kg/m3.(4)A randomized block experiment was used to study the effects of irrigation quota under reclaimed drip irrigation on tomato growth and yield.The results showed that:compared with the clean water control,the reclaimed water can effectively increase tomato plant height,chlorophyll content,yield and water use efficiency;Tomato growth and yield indicators increase with the increase of irrigation quota.Comprehensive analysis shows that the suitable combination for water saving and production increase of "Shanghai 908F1" is reclaimed water irrigation with an irrigation quota of 3780m3/hm2.(5)A randomized block experiment was used to study the effects of reclaimed drip irrigation on tomato growth and development,photosynthesis,chlorophyll related parameters,yield and quality.The results showed that:compared with the clear water control,the reclaimed water can effectively improve tomato photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence Parameter,quality and fertilizer productivity;tomato growth physiological indexes all increase with the increase of fertilizer amount,while NPQ gradually decreases.Comprehensive analysis shows that the most suitable combination for the experiment is reclaimed water irrigation with a fertilizer rate of 1320kg/hm2.(6)The orthogonal experiment was used to study the effects of water and fertilizer coupling on tomato growth,yield and quality under reclaimed drip irrigation,and it was concluded that the primary and secondary order of the effects of various factors on tomato growth,yield and quality was irrigation quota W>fertilization amount F>Irrigation water quality Q;the effects of various factors on single fruit weight,yield and quality have reached a significant level,while irrigation water quality has no significant impact on tomato growth;the optimal combination of three factors is reclaimed water irrigation,irrigation quota 3780m3/hm2 and fertilization amount 1320kg/hm2,the tomato yield under this combination is 109550.22kg/hm2,and the water production efficiency is 27.84kg/m3.
