| In order to improve the quality and yield of non-arable land bag compound sand-cultured peppers,the water-retaining agent dosage,nutrient solution concentration,cultivation medium volume and organic granular fattening medium that can cultivate strong seedlings suitable for the growth and development of pepper plants were selected,this paper takes the pepper’Ruiba No.5’as the research object.Under the condition of bag-type compound sand culture,the application amount of organic granular fertilizer in the seedling substrate,the dosage of water-retaining agent in the cultivation substrate,the concentration of nutrient solution during the growth period of pepper and the cultivation substrate are studied separately The four factors of volume have effects on the growth and development,photosynthetic parameters,plant physiological activity and other indicators of the bag-type compound sand culture pepper.The main findings are as follows:(1)The application of organic granular fertilizer in the seedling substrate not only has a certain impact on the growth and physiology of the seedlings,but also has a certain impact on the growth and development of the bag-type compound sand-cultured pepper plants.Applying20.00%-42.86%of organic granular fertilizer in the nursery substrate can promote the growth of seedlings and improve the quality of seedlings.Among them,when 33.33%organic granular fertilizer(T4)is applied in the nursery substrate,the seedling’s strong seedling index value is the largest.It is 0.3,and the G value is the largest when 42.86%organic granular fertilizer(T5)is applied,which is 10.99 mg·d-1.After the seedlings of each treatment were subjected to bag compound sand culture,the various indicators of T5 treatment performed well,among which Pn,Gs and Tr were the largest,respectively 26.14μmol·m-2·s-1,0.17μmol·mol-1 and 5.51 mmol·m-2·s-1;soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and vitamin C content are the highest,respectively 1.88 mg·g-1,0.47 mg·g-1 and 33.44 mg·100 g-1;average The weight per fruit,yield per plant,and yield per unit area are the largest,which are 73.59 g,per plant 858.26 g and 57 605.81 kg·hm-2.Through the analysis of the correlation between seedling quality and fruit quality and yield,the G value of seedlings is directly proportional to fruit quality and yield.Therefore,applying 42.86%organic granular fertilizer to the seedling substrate can not only improve the quality of the seedlings,but also achieve the purpose of high yield and high quality of the bag-type compound sand culture pepper.(2)The application of different dosages of water-retaining agent in the cultivation substrate has certain effects on the growth and development of the bag-shaped sand-cultured pepper plants.With the increase of the dosage of water-retaining agent,the growth index,photosynthetic parameters and yield of each treatment plant showed an increasing trend,while the quality of pepper fruit generally showed a decreasing trend.Among them,B4(0.300 g·L-1)and B5(0.375 g·L-1)treatments performed better.The stem diameter and leaf area of B4treatment increased significantly compared with the control(B0,no water retaining agent).Compared with the control,the maximum plant height and SPAD value of the B5 treatment increased by 11.93%and 22.02%;The maximum Pn and Tr of B5 treatment are 1.82 times and 1.83 times of the control;Compared with the control,the number of results per plant increased by 17.06%at most,and the yield increased by 36.92%.A polynomial equation was constructed based on the relationship between the dosage of the water-retaining agent and the output,and it was found that the appropriate dosage of the water-retaining agent was 0.300g·L-1 in the bag-type compound sapophyte.(3)Irrigation of different concentrations of nutrient solution during the entire growth period of pepper will have a certain impact on the growth and development and photosynthetic characteristics of pepper.With the extension of pepper growth period and the increase of nutrient solution concentration,the growth index,photosynthetic parameters,fruit quality and yield of pepper showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Among them,Y4(2.00 g·L-1-2.00 g·L-1-2.00 g·L-1)treatment has the largest plant height and stem diameter,which are 93.61 cm and 10.04 mm,and Y6(2.67 g·L-1-2.67 g·L-1-2.67 g·L-1)treatment has the largest SPAD.The highest values are 79.29 cm2 and 54.59;the Pn,Gs and Tr values of Y5(1.78 g·L-1-2.22 g·L-1-2.67 g·L-1)treatment are 11.87μmol·m-2·s-1,0.16mol·m-2·s-1 and 8.51 mmol·m-2·s-1,the highest soluble protein content and soluble sugar content are 0.66 mg·g-1,0.34 mg·g-1,the yield per plant and the yield per unit area are larger,which were 977.83 g,79 862.53 kg·hm-2.Using principal component analysis and membership function analysis to calculate the comprehensive score,the ranking from high to low is:Y5>Y6>Y3>Y4>Y2>Y1.It can be seen that Y5 treatment can be recommended as the best nutrient solution concentration for different growth periods of bag-type compound sape pepper.(4)The size of the substrate cultivation volume has a certain effect on the growth of pepper plants,the photosynthetic parameters of the leaves,fruit quality and yield.As the cultivation volume increases,the growth indicators of pepper plants show an increasing trend.Among them,P5(12 L)treatment had the largest plant height and stem diameter,104.93 cm and 8.53 mm;P4(10 L)treatment had the largest Pn,Gs,Ci,and Tr values,which were 8.84μmol·m-2·s-1,0.15μmol·m-2·s-1,246.45μmol·mol-1 and 7.59 mmol·m-2·s-1,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and vitamin C content are higher at 0.73 mg·g-1,0.34 mg·g-1and 0.13 mg·g-1,the average fruit weight,yield per plant and yield per unit area are the largest,being 25.46 g,per plant 759.97 g·and 62 069.75 kg·hm-2.Therefore,the suitable cultivation medium volume is 10 L when the bag-type compound sand-pepped pepper is cultivated. |
