construction.Therefore,in the context of forest rights circulation,exploring the feasibility of using market-based means to transform collective forests into public welfare forests,as well as the redemption methods and pricing methods,has important research value,and provides theoretical basis for the construction and management of public welfare forests in key ecological locations And practice for reference.This paper uses redemption theory and pricing theory to analyze the principles,basis and characteristics of redemption methods and pricing of commercial forests,compares the characteristics and scope of application of redemption methods and pricing of different commercial forests,and studies the common points and differences between redemption methods and pricing through case analysis,Got the following research conclusions:(1)The redemption of commercial forests in key ecological locations is in its infancy.At present,my country does not have a unified redemption policy and relevant laws.The redemption of commercial forests in key ecological locations is only a case-by-case treatment in each region,and only one province at the provincial level is in Fujian.The method,pricing,operating procedures and related fiscal policies for the redemption of commercial forests are still in the exploratory stage.(2)The redemption methods of commercial forests in key ecological locations mainly include ownership redemption,management right redemption,lease,renovation and upgrading,and other redemption methods.The ownership redemption method is particularly important for ecological locations.The conflicts between the production and life of local forest farmers and ecological protection are particularly prominent,and the government has the ability to
